It contains carbon dioxide that seeps out from the shale layer under the surface and was used to make marble soda in the early days. In addition to this cold spring in Taiwan, there are also cold springs in Beipu, Ruili, Dagangshan, Kaohsiung and several other places, and the other one is Venice, Italy. The only two cold springs in the world are in Taiwan and Italy. It seems like we have no chance to visit this cold spring.
