#January travel support event Of course it's cold on snowy and windy days, but I didn't feel like it was much colder than the Korean winter. It seems like Korea was colder yesterday and today....ㅎㅎㅎ The underground passage from Sapporo Station to the Susukino downtown area was well-made, so it wasn't too cold when moving around (In fact, it was hot in the underground passage, so it was hard on days when I wore a lot of clothes) It's warm when you go into a cafe or restaurant, so I don't think you need to wear a lot of clothes because you're worried about being cold. Most people who are wrapped up in padding are tourists, and Japanese people wear light coats. However, on the day you go on the Biei Tour Make sure to bring gloves, a hat, winter boots, and a hot pack It's much colder than the city! The city is well-removed, so your shoes will rarely get wet, but if you go on a tour, the snow will pile up so much that you will get wet if you wear regular shoes. I wore boots, but it was deeper than I thought, so I almost got wet if I hadn't worn padded pants. It would be good to bring a small umbrella in case it snows a lot.
