It's a great location for those who enjoy exploring the city! The hotel is a Victorian townhouse with a modern interior. The bright color scheme and art deco style create a cheerful atmosphere. The reception staff are always welcoming🌼, and the friendly service makes you feel right at home.🎨 Our room was spacious and comfortable🛏️, with elegant decor. We were delighted to find Molton Brown toiletries and luxury bedding! The room was well-equipped with a large bed, a minibar, and free Wi-Fi📶. Although there was no air conditioning, a fan was provided, which made our summer stay quite pleasant. 🚶‍♂It's easy to get around, and we recommend visiting several famous attractions: The Royal Yacht Britannia🚢, the National Museum of Scotland🏛️, Arthur's Seat⛰️, and Edinburgh's Old Town🏰. Be careful as on two occasions we didn't receive our change when paying cash. The bar staff said that they had no cash in the till ( very strange) and would give our change to us later...well I never received it so a round which should have been £30.25 cost £40.00. They tried it again later but I became wise to it. Not sure how this would happen if paying by card, but if check the amount before paying contactless. It a great shame as the hotel is great. I had words with a manager who stated that he would have words with the bar staff Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I
