Crazy Japanese themed buffet!
Exhausted black hole and have to go out because this day with friends to eat buffet! I really want to not admit old can not now's appetite is not as strong as before, so eat buffet to choose a smart Japanese theme is best to feel not so full haha.
Today we went to Shang Chef at Crowne Plaza Kowloon East Hong Kong for a carnival buffet dinner.
I went there before 6:30 and didn't see anyone. I thought it was quiet! However, by 7 o'clock, the whole place was full. In the current market, this buffet is really a good business.
Let's go and see what's good to eat first! The buffet line is long and there is a lot of food.
First there are Japanese cold noodles and sushi. Why is the sashimi missing?

My wife and adults take this plate of hot food. You can sit and enjoy the fun while you sit and stamp your feet! I like the Hainanese chicken and the teriyaki eggplant the most on this plate. The Hainanese chicken skin is crispy and the meat is tender without any sauce. The Japanese teriyaki eggplant is smooth and very well seasoned.
The beef devil must have a piece of New Zealand barbecue eye! I also took the lamb chop and Wagyu beef, these three are my must-try recommendations.
The strong pink and juicy barbecue eyes are very fragrant and smooth. The beef flavor is very good, but the oily aroma of the wagyu beef is even more awesome. Usually I don't particularly like to eat lamb. However, the grilled lamb rack here I think I have to eat.
Finally, make another bowl of beef wood fish soup udon. This meal is perfect! This soup is very rich plus the udon and beef quality is good, if not so full really want to order more bowls.
Although dessert is not my favorite, I will accompany my wife and adults to eat some, but the silly woman took eight balls of ice cream back! Luckily my friend had one more person to eat some d to finish it.
The ready-made French pancake I mentioned earlier is so beautiful! A piece of food in Kwai Fong costs tens of dollars. You can make whatever you want. The crust is very soft and tender, plus the smooth cream and fresh fruit is really good.
Finally, there is this plate of dessert with very transparent water Shingen cake, and fragrant and smooth Japanese pudding yaki is also very good.
