My Experience at The Ritz-Carlton, Xi'an
1. Booking Experience
I enjoyed a discount thanks to my membership. The booking process was smooth and convenient, and I felt like a valued member. The hotel also offers a variety of packages and promotions, such as special offers for early bookings.
2. Check-in Process
The hotel is located at No. 50, Keji 2nd Road, Yanta District, Xi'an, in a prime location. There is a subway station downstairs, which provides direct access to the Bell Tower, making it very convenient to get around. When I arrived at the hotel, there weren't many people in the lobby, and I quickly went to the front desk to check in. The front desk staff were neatly dressed, enthusiastic, and friendly. They always had a smile on their faces and were polite and attentive. They not only efficiently completed the check-in procedures, but also gave me a welcome fruit and introduced the hotel's facilities in detail.
3. Room Type/Layout
The deluxe room I stayed in had a reasonable layout and was spacious. It met my needs for rest and relaxation, and had a work area for handling business. The room's decor was modern and elegant, with luxurious and exquisite details. The room was equipped with a free Nespresso capsule coffee machine, a minibar (some drinks are charged), high-quality toiletries (Asprey brand), and thoughtful welcome fruit and mineral water.

In addition, the hotel has a gym, indoor swimming pool, spa (offering massage, facial, and other services), and executive lounge (depending on the room type or membership benefits).
• Hygiene/Soundproofing: The hotel was very clean, with every corner of the room spotless and the public areas well maintained. In terms of soundproofing, the windows and walls of the room were well soundproofed, effectively blocking out external noise and ensuring a quiet rest for guests.
