Savor French-Vietnamese cuisine and seafood delicacies
I don’t know which French-Vietnamese dish you like best, but I personally like French confit duck legs, Vietnamese rice paper rolls, and Vietnamese beef noodle soup.
The Grand Court launches the "Midsummer Romance French-Vietnamese Night" buffet dinner, which features a series of special French and Vietnamese delicacies and signature seafood delicacies. It is quite attractive and you will leave with a chuckle.
Cold appetizers include French ox tongue jelly, French liver pate, Vietnamese roasted pork neck salad, Vietnamese shaved meat with lemon vermicelli, Vietnamese minced pork salad with colorful shrimp chips, etc.
A selection of seafood from around the world, including Boston lobster, snow crab legs, black mussels, baby lobsters, mussels, lobster claws, cooked shrimps, cooked clams, with a wide variety of choices. We even serve king crab on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, public holidays and the eve of them!
The hot dishes such as French duck legs with white beans, Vietnamese roast chicken and Vietnamese steamed fish with salted lemon are the highlights. The honey and French mustard baked pork ribs are also not to be missed, which is sweet and spicy with a slight sour taste, and is very delicious!
The usual baked oysters are replaced with black truffle butter baked oysters, which are fragrant; other dishes such as lemongrass lamb T-bones, Parisian butter baked snails, Vietnamese tomato braised ox cheeks, garlic and fish sauce stir-fried vegetables, cheese and cream baked potatoes, fried Vietnamese pork spring rolls, etc., almost every one of them is a must-try.
Next to the hot plate are freshly fried tiger prawns and sea bream fillets, which are delicious: bone-in beef sirloin with French garlic toast, full of ritual sense, the sirloin meat is tender and juicy. Cooked abalone is also a must-eat.
The noodle stall serves Vietnamese beef noodle soup this time, with cooked beef, cooked beef brisket, braised pork, shredded chicken, pork meatballs, etc., plus bean sprouts, sweet potato, Thai lime, mint leaves and other ingredients, as well as lemon vermicelli/Phnom Penh rice noodles/Pho, to make a delicious bowl of Vietnamese beef noodle soup. You have to drink up the soup too!
Freshly made Vietnamese rice paper rolls, the chewy rice paper rolls are filled with Chinese lettuce, cucumber, carrot, vermicelli, shredded chicken and pork, which tastes refreshing and cool.
Unlimited supply of Chinese and Western soups, coffee and tea.
When it comes to desserts, you can really let your imagination run wild. Theatre cake, French imperial cake, salty lemon tart, French almond cake and Madeleine are all classic French desserts, and you should also try Vietnamese caramel pudding, coffee panna cotta and others.
On the other side, there are Vietnamese fruit salad, banana pancakes, French apple pie, soft heart, tofu pudding, etc., which are not to be missed.
Finally, we ended the meal with a cup of Häagen-Dazs ice cream in a cup, which was very satisfying.
