I've been to Zigong several times, but each time was a quick visit. I usually just had a meal of Zigong cuisine and left. The only place I visited in the city center was the Shenhai Well. This time, I had more time, so I slowly strolled around Nanhuagong, Wangye Temple, the Museum, Zhangjia Garden, and Huanhou Palace (which was closed, but the gate was very beautiful). I enjoyed a cup of tea at Wangye Temple, savoring the relaxed atmosphere of the city and its history related to salt.
