Wat Phra Thaen Dong Rang is a third-class royal temple, classified as a Worawihan, located in Tha Maka District, Kanchanaburi Province. It houses “Phra Thaen Dong Rang,” a large, flat stone bed-like structure presumably built during the reign of King Borommakot. Inside the temple are numerous sacred sites and artifacts, including the chedi pavilion, a replica of the Buddha’s footprint, the Angel’s Courtyard, the glass staircase, the seven-headed Naga staircase, the Dvaravati Sri Mahachok Buddha image, the Phra Sangkachai (Luang Pho To) image, the four-sided ordination hall, the Phra Thaen vihara, the Ya-Phut vihara, the Ananda vihara, the mother-of-pearl Buddha footprint, the Buddha’s relic pavilion, the mouthwash well, the Phra Phuttha Mongkhon vihara, and a local museum housed within the Phra Phuttha Mongkhon vihara. #PhraThaeDongRang
