Travel to Chiang Mai for 3 days during Songkran.
📍Overview of the trip
On the first day, we traveled on April 13, from Don Mueang Airport to Chiang Mai at 10:20. The first place we went to was Adirak Pizza. We went to the branch near Wat Rampeng. This branch does not accept walk-ins. When we arrived at the restaurant, we could sit and eat right away. There was no waiting in line. Then we went to walk around the houses next to the temple, followed by Wat Umong. Each place is close to each other, very convenient.
On the second day, at noon, we went to Wat Intharawat, also known as Wat Ton Kaew. I highly recommend girls to go there. It's a beautiful temple. Rent a Lanna costume to take pictures. In front of the temple, there are many shops that rent costumes. Starting at 140 baht, you get the whole costume, including getting your hair done. We ate Khao Soi Mae Mani and ended the evening by walking around the Provincial Administrative Organization Park. The day we went, there were no people. The weather was very nice. Highly recommended.
On the third day, the last day, there was nothing much. Today, we went to pay homage to Phra That Doi Kham and stopped by Royal Park Rajapruek. The summer flowers are very beautiful. Right now, the sunflowers are blooming all over the garden. There are also many tulips and orchids. The entrance fee to the park is 100 baht per person. There is a tram to take you around, so don't be afraid of getting tired walking. The last stop before going back to Bangkok is Ang Kaew, CMU. It is still popular as usual, but the weather in the evening is very cool. I highly recommend it. #ChiangMaiTravel
