Check out the menu on the wall, and order and pay at the register first! 😆✨ English menus are also available, so even tourists can relax! ☑️ Ma Sao Mixed Noodles (14 NTD) This is a dry mixed noodle dish with an irresistible rich peanut sauce. Stir well! It's addictive and nutritious. By the way, it's not spicy at all! ☑️ Xiao Beef Soup (11 NTD) A curry-style soup with a strong beef flavor. 🍛 The spices and warmth will warm your body. The restaurant is a little small, so there were many single diners sharing tables. The friendly and smiling staff were very memorable. 💛

Speaking of Weixiangzhai Noodle House, it is a time-honored brand on Nanjing Road Pedestrian Street, and has even won the title of Michelin noodle house! It is located just opposite the Shanghai Book City, and the green tones are particularly refreshing. A look at the menu shows that the prices are really affordable, with the signature sesame noodles only 14r, and veal soup 11r. It is truly the cheapest Michelin noodle restaurant in Shanghai! I ordered a bowl of their signature sesame sauce noodles without hesitation. It looked particularly tempting when served, with a thick layer of sesame sauce on top, and it smelled delicious. Mix well while hot and start eating! Each noodle 🍜 is covered with fragrant sesame sauce. As soon as you put it in your mouth, the aroma rushes directly into your nose, making you want to have another bowl! [Must-eat] The calf soup is the curry flavor that Shanghainese people like. It has a strong beef flavor and is hot. It goes really well with sesame sauce noodles! I also ordered a bowl of noodles with shredded eel, which was also very authentic and captured the essence of local noodles just right. No wonder so many foreign tourists come here and enjoy the meal so much. Their noodles are so delicious that you can’t stop eating them! #newyearnewtrip I had a delightful dinner with a friend at Weixiangzhai Shanghai, savoring a mix of rich and bold flavors. We enjoyed a comforting sesame sauce noodle, coated in a nutty, fragrant sauce that added depth to every bite. The spicy mapo tofu noodle brought a fiery kick, with silky tofu and minced meat in a flavorful, numbing Sichuan-style sauce. To complete the meal, they shared a crispy, golden-brown fried chicken chop, juicy on the inside and crunchy on the outside. The combination of textures and flavors made for a satisfying and memorable dining experience, showcasing the essence of Shanghai cuisine in a cozy and inviting setting.

#Overseas travel I visited a Michelin restaurant in Shanghai, China!🚶 This is a place called Weixiangzhai, and it's been around for 80 years! Weixiangzhai is so delicious. This 80-year-old shop is worth a try. It is affordable and delicious, making people linger. This shop is on the Michelin recommendation list, which is really worth the recommendation. Especially the specialty sesame sauce noodles, the thick and mellow sesame sauce is really delicious!
