If you're talking about hot places in Euljiro, it's definitely here, Wooraeok! I first ate Pyongyang naengmyeon at Wooraeok. I went there because it was a very old restaurant in Euljiro that was also featured on Wednesday Gourmet Club. I visited around 2-3 PM on a weekday, but there were so many people waiting...I had to wait at least 30 minutes to get in. The signature menu is definitely Pyongyang Mul Naengmyeon! The appearance didn't look particularly special, but as I took a sip or two of the soup, it was light and refreshing, and the meat flavor was very strong, so it was so delicious and new. The buckwheat noodles were chewy and so delicious, and even though I don't like naengmyeon, I kept thinking about it and missing it after eating it! I now know why people come here and wait to eat there. I, who am really into Pyongyang Naengmyeon, visited Uraeok as my second Pyongyang Naengmyeon restaurant. It is also a place with a Michelin star. It was a bit saltier and more famous than the Pyongyang Naengmyeon I had before. It is a good place for beginners. Preferences may vary depending on the individual. #koreatrip delicious pynm good for people who have never had it before as the broth is still light but very flavourful and more salty than most noodles perfect chewy bulgogi is so soft and flavourful perfect kimchi here so good. Staff are very nice, friendly and providing good services. Must try buckwheat noodle in beef broth which is very delicious. However, long queue to wait for 30 minutes😅
