Mid-Autumn West Lake Citywalk | Recommended by locals, less crowded and fun to visit.
|Recommended by locals, it is less crowded and more fun to visit. When you come to West Lake for the Mid-Autumn Festival, you really can't miss the places that the locals love to go. There are few people and movies are released. When traveling, you can't miss milk tea to keep you alive. Take the King Tea Princess's Jinwu Fuyao and Fuyao to Cityeat, experience the slow life of Hangzhou, and feel the beautiful Mid-Autumn West Lake scenery. I have compiled a Citywalk route for reference

📷Aircraft check-in point
1 Beishan Street
There are many buildings from the Republic of China along Beishan Street. On one side there are beautiful views of lakes and mountains, and on the other side there is ancient style and charm. It is very pleasant to see people coming and going as the sun sets.
2Gushan Road
One of the most popular photo spots in West Lake. The tall branches of the sycamore trees extend above the road, and the road turns at the shore of West Lake. No matter how you take photos, they are very photogenic.
3 Xiling Seal Art Society:
There are relatively few people. The round arch at the entrance looks beautiful when photographed from the inside out. You can also see the Leifeng Pagoda in the distance on the platform, which is also very nice for taking photos.
4Botanical Gardens:
There are all kinds of plants, and the internet-famous Buddha head is also one of the must-see spots.
5Jingci Temple:
It is the place where Living Buddha Jigong practiced in his later years, the location of Nanping Evening Bell, one of the ten great scenic spots of West Lake, and the Jingci Temple where Yang Wanli left at dawn to see him off. It is also a good place to take pictures of Leifeng Pagoda.
❤Recommendation reason:
1Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal Line
There is more than just Xiaohezhi Street by the canal. During holidays, there are many people taking the water bus and Xiaohezhi Street.
recommend
Four museums can be visited at one time in Dadou Road Historical and Cultural District and Qiaoxi Historical and Cultural District
From the historical district, walk through the bluestone alleys to see the white walls, black tiles, and willow trees
Immerse yourself in the slow-paced atmosphere of the art district
2Wushan Scenic Area and Surroundings
Wushan Scenic Area has many treasures. If you take the right route, you will not see many people even on holidays.
In addition to the cultural attractions and intricate routes on the mountain
(Chenghuang Pavilion, Jianghu Huiguan Pavilion, Jiyi Pavilion, Hangzhou Museum, Wansongling, you can also go to the White Snake Flying Ferry, etc.)
There are many small alleys with the atmosphere of the old Hangzhou city at the foot of the mountain (if you say there are too many people, then you must be visiting the wrong place
Don't want to go to the noisy Hefang Street
You can also go to the charming Dajing Lane
Walk directly to the West Lake Liulangwenying, and you can check in at the Xinhenghe Bridge (not many people)
3Manjue Mausoleum-Hupao
Shiwudong Hot Spring House→Baiche Peak (Internet celebrity swing)→Children's Park Hupao Park
Go to Manjue Mausoleum during off-peak hours to avoid the crowds. You may encounter the surprise of osmanthus flowers and the romance of overlooking the West Lake from afar in the tea gardens on the mountains.
Matcha green Metasequoia forest, quiet and comfortable
📝Note tips:
The whole tour takes a long time, so I personally recommend starting in the morning so that you can enjoy the autumn scenery and sunset of Hangzhou.
It is recommended to bring your own drinks, the prices in the scenic area are a bit high
