Zuma offer a beautiful luxury environment and a nice view in Hong Kong central. During the weekend they have a nice brunch with free flow champagne to spoil you as additional choice. Excellent choice to have a special brunch with friends, couples, birthdays and anniversaries. It was my first time to have brunch at Zuma restaurant. It is one of the best brunch restaurants in Hong Kong. It is located on the 5th and 6th floors of Landmark in Central. The environment is quiet and spacious, the waiters are very good at service, and the food is varied and delicious. Spent a pleasant Sunday here.

They have a la carte or tasting menu, we chose tasting menu and it was more than enough! I consider it a fusion asian food, a mix of asian with western cuisine. Atmosphere is incredible, we started with drinks at their bar upstairs, they have a custom made yuzu drink from Nikka Whiskey that is very fresh! Zuma is a highly trendy and chic izakaya that provides refined renditions of traditional izakaya cuisine. They cook on a charcoal robata grill, which adds a smokey dimension to the meal. Imagine plump grilled scallops with grated apple, wasabi, and sweet soy sauce, and salmon coated with teriyaki sauce and presented with pickled cucumber, all served with the restaurant's own sauce and condiments. Oh, and the free-flow brunch at the restaurant boasts one of the best menus in town. Dessert consists of an ice and fruit sculpture, as well as house-made vanilla and chocolate ice creams and a miniature chocolate lava cake. With opaque broken ice, translucent ice boulders, and flower petals, it's a visual stunner.
