The funicular ride from Stans takes you up to Kälti station, which sits at a moderate altitude on the slopes of Stanserhorn and then you transfer to the CabriO cable car, which will take you the rest of the way to the summit of Stanserhorn.

#cablecar The combination of the funicular and cabrio gave me a lot of different charms :) If you move diligently, it would be nice to visit Mount Rigi together with your trip to Lucerne~ It's a bit expensive, but it's beautiful! The first public transportation route to the summit was a three-section funicular railway that was started in 1891 and completed in 1893.
