#flowerblossom #100waysoftravel Flower viewing is part of my hobby and this time, I traveled down to view the blossoming of sunflower. There is a vast field with tens of thousands of sunflower being planted at the flower bed, and the blossoming is peak at that time. You can see the vast yellow flower in the middle of Taebaek mountain which gives you a very nice scenery behind the scene. Besides, there are also wild cosmos beside the sunflowers and this adds more colours to the picture. Journey could be a bit far and hilly but it's worth the travel. Will definitely do this again.

We went on a caravan trip to Sodo Campground in Taebaeksan National Park. After listening to the explanation with the caravan key at the Sodo Campground Information Center, we went to the place where the caravan for one night is located. #summervacay Deokhangsan in Samcheok? Lowkey one of the nicest surprises I’ve had hiking. It’s not super hyped like some of the big-name mountains, but that’s kinda what makes it awesome. The trail feels like you’re walking through a forest straight out of a Ghibli movie, quiet, green, and super peaceful. The climb isn’t too intense, just steady enough to make you feel like you earned your lunch. Lots of shade, birds chirping, and zero stress. I barely saw other people, which made it feel even more like a secret escape. The summit view is solid, not super dramatic, but wide open and calm. You can see the surrounding hills and catch some sea breeze if you’re lucky. Great spot to just sit, breathe, and snack. If you’re ever in Samcheok and want a chill hike with a cozy nature vibe, Deokhangsan hits. Not flashy, but totally refreshing. Bring water, your favorite trail snacks, and good playlist. You’ll leave feeling brand new.
