Getting There - Fly into BKK, good public transport if needed otherwise grab & meter taxis Attractions - Golden Buddha, Chinatown & backstreets leading to the markets, Wat Pho, Wat Arun. if you take the river taxi down to Marine Department, then walk to the Golden Buddha, then use maps to take you to Lux hostel (take the backstreets), from Lux walk straight and keep going till you get to Wat Pho. After than cross the river for 5 baht to Wat Arun. Hotels - so many just don’t stay on Khao San Road :) Food & Restaurants - Street food, Chinatown & around Khao San Road. see if you can find the rainbow pancakes near Khao San. This is my first experience to celebrate New Year 2023 on cruise in Bangkok. It’s memorable moment of my life. The cruise departed at 9 pm. and the DJ were so good at entertaining. Everyone on the cruise had fun. They provided dance floor on the main place and if you wanna chill they had bean bag for you to rest.
