🎄THE HAPPIEST CHRISTMAS TREES🎄
Many people consider Budapest to be one of Europe's most attractive capital cities, especially during the Christmas season. You can visit these beautiful public and private Christmas trees and let yourself be delighted if you want to take a moment to reflect or take a holiday selfie during this busy season.
Real Christmas trees, some of which are more than ten meters tall, are also displayed in public places throughout Budapest such as the Vorosmarty Square, St. Stephen Basilica and The Parliament. Traditionally, everything should be taken down the day after Twelfth Night (5 January), on the Feast of the Three Kings.
What will happen to the real trees after? The Christmas trees will be broken up into pieces and donated to the less fortunate as firewood when the festive decorations have been removed.

VOROSMARTY CHRISTMAS MARKET
Budapest features one of Europe's best Christmas markets, making it a popular winter vacation destination.
There are numerous markets throughout the city, but the most well-known after the Advent Market in front of St Stephen's Basilica is the Budapest Christmas Fair or sometimes referred to as the Vorosmarty Square Christmas Market. There’s no need to spend a lot of money to enjoy the Christmas markets; simply walking around and taking in the ambience is enough.
One of Pest's busiest squares is Vorosmarty Square. The iconic Cafe Gerbeaud is located here, as is Budapest's largest Christmas market. The area is the starting point of Vaci utca, Budapest's primary touristy shopping thoroughfare, which leads all the way to the ancient indoor food and shopping market, the Great Market Hall.

TRAVEL ON A SPECTACULAR GINGERBREAD TRAM🎄🚃
The Miskolc Advent tram, decked out in festive garb, Employees of the city's transportation organization adorned the tram with zeal (MVK). On the public transportation vehicle this year, the decorating resembles a gingerbread house.
The tram's unique characteristic is that its theme and decorations change every year, with new design features added. This year, the MVK employees created a delightful gingerbread house with a ‘Beauty and the Beast’ theme inside.
The festive feeling of the tram is completed by its exterior. Hundreds of meters of fairy lights, numerous light curtains, and 3D elements adorn the Advent vehicle. It feels like I was inside a moving Disneyland.
