A Garden “Green” Hotel Stay in the City!
Back to one of my favourite “Green” hotels, - Park Royal Marina Bay “PRMBS” courtesy of @trip.com_sg ‘s green campaign for us trip blazers creators 💚
Committed to Sustainability and Green practices to help our environment, PRMBS is also known as Singapore’s first “Garden-in-a-Hotel”
From removing plastic bottles to using glass bottles for in-room amenities to having filtered water, lots of carbon emissions are being reduced and the hotel educates guests by having an informative block on sustainability in each room too.
Apart from their sustainability practices, their rooms, swimming pool, in-room dining plus f&b available within the hotel plus breakfast options have always been a delight ever since my first stay after the reopening in 2021, and I can’t wait to be back again!
Never say never to good local nasi lemak and yummy kaya spread for breakfast buffet!
Plus, the service staff have been one of the warmest and nicest I have ever met and have been well-trained to deal with all sorts of situations (saying from my personal experience after I spilled my cereal bowl 😵💫)
10/10 experience for me!
Thank you Trip for the experience once again! 🤩 for best room rates, do explore the Trip app for more ❤️

Pakistan has the most number of glaciers on earth with a total number of 7253..
The glaciers are melting fast and can become an epicentre of floods.

Museum of Climate Change (MoCC)
Located on the Chinese University Campus, the Jockey Club Museum of Climate Change is sure to be one of our surprisingly good and worthwhile places to be. Established to raise public awareness of the impact of global warming, hence climate changes. It is divided into four sections: Polar Gallery, Remote Sensing and Environmental monitoring, research and innovation, green gallery.
I couldn’t decide which section are kids favourite because they spent equally long at each. The collections at Polar Gallery shows the effects of global warming and climate change resulting ice melting at the poles, where life of polar bears are on the line.
The remote sensing and environment monitoring definitely further explain and strengthen the ideas through videos and photos, along with some interactive multimedia presentations of different environmental and climate information. Kids were impressed with the application of geographic information in how the Earth is changing over years.
Research and innovation section probably the least attractive one for my kids. And I don’t blame them because it’s sure not something their age ( a 5.5yo and 7yo) would understand. I tried explaining but there’s just too specific and too much for kids to understand the research developments and technology advances in these field.
The last section, which is the green gallery, push hard on the idea “environmental efforts require community’s support”. With multimedia interactive exhibits and games, it promotes and aims to have the community get involved in waste reduction, sustainable and live a greener lifestyle.
Kids think: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
Mom think: ❤️ ❤️ ❤️ ❤️

Be FINE with PINE TREES in Tagaytay!
I love coming back in this place. Tagaytay is very close to Manila that within two hours you will already enjoying the view of Taal Volcano.
My family and I loves visiting this place because of the ambience that feels like in other country. Pine trees makes different from other provinces since this tree is not common to see. I love being in nature and I really appreciate the God creation. We need to appreciate those simple things that has big roles in our environment. Climate change is changing faster. We need to protect every single trees and be responsible for our actions. Keeping our environment clean and helping to protect will always make an impact. Let's enjoy traveling while being part of the solution.#tagaytay #staycation #family #traveljourney #philippines #climatechange #protecttrees
Rabse Nunnery, Karola Glacier, Yumdroke Lake
The finale of my Tibet trip during the new year holiday in the year 2022 was with visits to Rabse Nunnery in Gyantse, Karola Glacier, and beautiful Yumdroke Lake.
As much as I enjoyed this beautiful nature, felt awfully sorry for the generations to come as there might be a little chance for them to enjoy what I enjoyed today with melting glaciers due to climate change. Being reminded again of the importance of #sustainabletravel.
