Classical music in Xian 🎶

Location: Shaanxi Grand Theatre, Xian, Shaanxi, China Entrance fee: 114¥ Date: May 3 & October 6, 2022 Shaanxi Grand Theater also known as Shaanxi Grand Opera House is located in Xian, near Dayanta. We can often enjoy classical music here. The first concert was about the soundtracks from famous cartoons and Japanese animes. The second one was Vivaldi “The Four Seasons”. Both of them were so relaxing. It usually starts at 19:30. It takes about 1.5-2hours with about 20 minutes interval. The hall is always full of people. The ticket’s price is also different. It can be from 100-1000¥, it depends on which part of the hall you want to sit. You can buy the tickets from the tickets office or online using their mini program. Candlelight Concert at S.E.A Aquarium

Candlelight concert at S.E.A Aquarium. The music was good and I love the experience of watching the Stingray, sharks and other fishes ‘dancing’ to the music. This is the ultimate treat to our senses and I enjoy the iconic films like Harry Potter, Indiana Jones, Jurassic Park etc played by the 4 musicians. I have attended a few candlelight concert in different venues and still think this one at S.E.A Aquarium is the best. We had the chance to walk round the aquarium after the concert and guess if you arrive early ( can admit 60 minutes before the concert start time), you could also walk around before the concert. #aquarium #concert

Concerts with my bestie

First time in Leeds! Never thought i would actually be following my favourite band IDER around the country but i think it’s starting to happen. The concert was soooo good, even better than the last time I saw them. Was in a small bar with quite a young crowd. I could definitely feel the energy from everyone in the audience! Leeds is full of amazing food places and a lot of shops. I found a rollerskating shops - how fun! I don’t think it is much different to a lot of cities I have visited so it won’t be going in my top 10 destinations. However it was nice to go there for a change of scenery from what I am used to. #leeds #concert #food

Out in Hong Kong

The one thing that I love about Hong Kong is that there is always something going on out in the city. No matter what time of the day you walk around the city you’ll always come across something interesting. A free concert, people singing and dancing, showing tricks and a lot of other things that sometimes you kind of what to be able to see everyone, just be everywhere all over the city and see everything. I am sure that even at day time when everybody is busy you will still come across something like that but when the sun is gone… that is when the real fun 🤩 starts. Performance @ Esplanade

One of #artshunting place in Singapore is this durian building called Esplanade. It is full of arts, free and paid performances as well as concert. This time I came with fellow tripfam and we sat down there to enjoy music performed by TEH trio. We dare not sit in front as the voice can be loud. Enjoyed it throughout for more than an hour, the performers were trying to be funny but it turn out too lame. Came out of this building afterward, but it was drizzling. Divine Dubrovnik musical treat

We attended the Dubrovnik Symphony Orchestra concert in the Rector's Palace. The acoustics were astounding! We weren't sure at all about the open roof, but somehow there was no leakage and the sound was divine - so full and rich and warm. It's as though every single stone in the building was resonating with the music. You can check the calendar and buy tickets online at the orchestra's website or in-person in the tourist centre next to the Rector's Palace (below the Bell Tower). Beauty and The Beast In Concert

Tale as old as time, song as old as rhyme, Beauty and The Beast. I can't believe this new experience—seeing a classic Disney movie on screen but with the songs sang live and the background music performed live by an orchestra. It was surreal for me as a person who plays an instrument too. This was really worth it and the acoustics of the venue (KITEC) was just right. been to a live concert at Zepp Kl. the place is located very near to Lalaport Kl. it’s a new place and building which was an old Pudu Prison before. the parking area is beside a construction area or some sort but it is easily accessible and the parking rate is also not that expensive. you can also walk to Lalaport from this place. the auditorium and space in Zepp is quite spacious to me. and most importantly i find that this place provides you with strong air conditioning inside. it is not hot at all which is a good thing. they also sell foods and beverages right in front of the entrance door so it is very convenient. lastly for Muslim they provide you a huge room for praying which is a plus point. #concert #zepp

Spodek Arena

One of the best-known buildings in the city (mostly due to its eye-catching architecture), Spodek has haused many a concert as well as sports events. Been there a few times at various concerts - the venue is quite spacious and the acoustics is very good. After renovation this biggest entertainment hall in Katowice looks splendid from outside. Unfortunately interiors did not change (improve) since 1970s when it was erected. It is good place for watching games, tournaments and not so good for music concerts as the acoustics and sound is rather average. There is no proper café or restaurant inside – just snack bars with fast food – what is disappointing. During big events it is very difficult to find a parking place around. #katowice #spodek #concert #match
