Turkey: Myra or Saint Nicholas home
The ancient city of Myra is in Antalya’s Demre. The ancient city of Myra was built on a mountain slope overlooking the sea, and Myra is one of the places that impressed people with its rock tombs. Built in about 5th BC Myra was one of the most important cities in Lycia.
One of the impressive ruins of Myra, Lycian temples and rock tombs carved into the steep slopes of the acropolis. Also The Ancient Theater is one of the other important structures of Myra.
If you’re in Antalya I strongly recommend to visit this place. The easiest way to get here is to rent a car , it will take nearly 2 hours driving. Another option is to take a bus to Demre from Antalya bus station and to take a taxi to the ruins from Demre bus station. Actually the ruins are in walking distance and if you got used to walking walk another 20 minutes.

Turkey: Phaselis ancient city in Kemer
Phaselis ancient city is a well known place in Antalya. It’s located 5 minutes drive from the touristic city of Kemer or 30 minutes drive from Antalya city centre.
This place is absolutely stunning, located between the mountains and the sea, in a picturesque landscape with pine forests and wonderful views of the Mediterranean.
Phaselis enchants the visitors with its well-preserved ruins and three ancient harbors surrounded by crystal clear waters.
The city was founded in the 7th century BC, and was once an important trading port and played an important role in the ancient world. Its harbors served as trading centers.
Phaselis offers fascinating insights into the life and history of ancient civilizations.
Here you can walk through the remains of theaters, agoras, baths, streets and Toman aqueducts.
The beautiful beaches surrounding the ancient harbors are perfect for relaxing and swimming, get crowded in the high season but it’s not the reason to miss the chance tho see this wonder.
The entrance is for money unless you have a museum card.#turkey #antalya #phaselis #Kemer
Turkey: ancient fortress of Termessos
Termessos is a great place to spend one day on. It’s located near Antalya city center. It will take you half an hour to get there by car or you can take a bus to Korkuteli from Antalya bus station. Just tell the driver that you are going to Termessos and he will drop you where it needed. Go there early in the morning. The site is located on top of the mountain of the national Park. If you have no car, it will take you nearly 2 hours to get to the ruins or you can hitchhike that will definitely save your time.
It will also take you 2 hours to explore the area of the ancient city. Just at the entrance, you will see a necropolis which I recommend to explore. There are lots of well preserved tombs, you’ll see beautiful, carvings on them. Then explore the acropolis with its Theatre, Hamam, library, Agora and many more. For adventure enthusiasts, the surrounding trails offer scenic hikes that lead to stunning viewpoints, providing a different perspective of the ancient city.#antalya #turkey #ancientcity #termessos #trip #hikeinturkey
Justiniano Great Hotel for Relaxing
I were here with my husband and had an amazing time. The staff is so kind they made our stay even more unforgettable.
🚌 The hotel location 35 kilometres from antalya city centre. You can get from Antalya airport in 1.5-2 hours, the total distance is about 80 km.
The nature that surrounds this resort town is delightful.
There is a lot of greenery, clean sea air, clear and warm sea water.
The food was delicious and the hotel clean!
🍴Excellent food either by the beach or in the hotel (Ultra All inclusive).
🧖♀️hotel Hamman/Spa which is very good.
👧🏻For chilren there is a mini club and swimming pool with slides.
🤵🏻♂️🤵🏻🤵🏻♀️The staff is friendly.
🏩 Comfortable rooms, excellent balconies.
Inside the hotels, the rooms are so spacious, huge,I have never had before. The view from the Windows are so beautiful.
🍹There is a nice little bar near the pool/beach area.
⛱️Beach area was clean and had lots of sunbeds.
🎭 They have different entertainment program for every

🏋️♀️ There is a gym, but it’s too small for so many people.
☕️There is also a coffee shop included in the all-inclusive system. They serve delicious desserts, including cheesecakes.

Turkey: the longest beach Patara
#Patara is one of my favorite destinations in Antalya. Firstly it’s 18 km long beach. Secondly it’s a very important in 5 B.C. ancient Licyan city and port with its beautiful ruins. Thirdly it’s a small desert with huge dunes and an amazing sunset. And lastly it’s the place of birth of Saint Nicholas who is a very popular saint in Christian religion and recognized for most of us as Saint Nicolas or Santa Claus🎅🏼
Come here for one day and do these activities:
✔️spend sometime at the beach, walking along the endless shoreline;
✔️have lunch at the colorful Gelemiş village;
✔️walk around Patara ancient city, it will take at least 2 hours;
✔️find the road to the dunes and go there to watch the sunset there

Turkey: Antalya Köprülü canyon
Another huge National park in Antalya province is called Köprülü canyon. You can definitely go there at any season as the place is just a fairytale .
The canyon is very deep in some places and stretches along the picturesque Köprü River.
There are fish restaurants at the rest area which work during the high season. Fresh trout is recommended.
The are two impressive ancient Roman Bridges over the streams. You can see that they were engineering feats of their times.
It must be stunningly green, and beautiful in summertime, also activities, such as rafting, zip line, kayaking and fishing are offered here.
Go there, and you will not be disappointed !#turkey#antalya #trip #freehotelstay
Ancient Roman theatre : Aspendos
A Majestic Journey through Time at Aspendos Roman Theatre
Aspendos Roman Theatre is a true marvel that transports you back in time to the grandeur of ancient Rome. Nestled in the heart of Antalya, Turkey, this well-preserved amphitheatre is a must-visit for history enthusiasts and culture seekers.
The colossal structure, built in the 2nd century AD, boasts remarkable acoustics and can still host thousands of spectators. As you step into the arena, you can almost feel the echoes of past performances and imagine the vibrant energy of ancient gatherings.
How to get here : If you're in Antalya, you can reach the site by car in approximately 45 minutes. You don't have much other option to get here.
I suggest dressing up so that you can click photos here. It is like stepping into a time capsule, where the whispers of ancient stories come alive. #mytravelhacks #turkey #antalya #localguides

Beautiful Waterfall In Idylic Setting
Manavgat Waterfall is one of the most visited waterfalls in Turkey, a true natural beauty in Antalya. That's why you shouldn't miss it.
It is a worth to see attraction in the province of Manavgat, Türkiye. The waterfall is so refreshing to see and the color of the water is clear green. It was a quick visit but fair enough. There were coffee tables over there if you cannot resist the wonderful view, you can just sit down, sip your "cay" and hear the sound of the waterfalls, better if you go there with your partner as it is a bit romantic as well. There are plenty of souvenirs and some unique ones which I didn't let it go. Make sure to bring your cameras when you visit here because you can get some beautiful landscape photos that you can share to your friends. Come and see for yourself.

Multiple Sculptures Shower Alanya
Alanya formerly known as Alaiye, is a beach resort city, a municipality and district of Antalya.
The popular resort has both a contemporary and traditional feel to it and is located on the south west coast of Turkey. This means that anyone wanting to travel here can expect to find long stretches of golden sand and beautiful, turquoise waters. Tourism in the city developed in the late 1950s as many people came to Alanya to visit the Damlatas Caves, which are well known for their healing qualities. Alanya was once called Korakesion, which translates, to beautiful mountain, thanks to the rocky landscape and magnificent mountains that surround the area.
İf u in the town of Alanya you can see a lot’s of Stone Sculpture every where this is because every year Alanya town be selected as The International Alanya Stone Sculpture Symposium, which will be held for the 18th time this year by Alanya Municipality, started on the 1st of November.
If you the Art’s lovers this is gonna be your actual location to visit 😉

The Emerald Green River of Manavgat
Here, we can see beautiful the emerald green water of the Manavgat river meets the blue waters of the Mediterranean.
The Manavgat River is famous for being the longest underground river in the world which contains the largest amount of water supplied from only one source. Species of fish and birds, such as trout, carp, ducks and geese, and for this reason, the river is now famous for its day trips with tourist boats that start from the center of Manavgat through the waterfall and then to the end of the river, and those who want to swim can choose between swimming in the river or snorkeling in The sea, the waters of the Manavgat River are very cold, but the water that ends up in the sea is much warmer and suitable for swimming.

Keleici A Feast Of All The Senses ❤️
Old Town Kaleici is a historic neighborhood located in the heart of the modern Turkish resort city of Antalya on the Mediterranean coast. It is considered a popular tourist attraction. It is famous not only for its Ottoman architecture, labyrinthine narrow winding streets, and authentic mosques but also for its numerous restaurants, cafes, and bars with concert halls. There are historical monuments from different periods and eras. If you are interested in history and ancient architecture, visit this atmospheric location.
On the plus side, Kaleici has a beautiful marina surrounded by cliffs, shops and restaurants. Walking around the Old Town Kaleici is interesting due to history and architecture with lots of interesting local shops. The town is built on a hillside so you are either walking upbank or down bank interspersed with steps here and there - people with mobility issues might struggle getting around. There is a great tram service that takes you into Antalya city or local beaches. Also lots of taxis. There are plenty of money exchange bureaus and we found the exchange rates much better there than at at home.
If you’re a ‘sea, sun and sand’ person, I would say Kaleichi is probably not for you but if you enjoy walking, sightseeing and soaking up local culture then you will probably love Kaleichi.

Suluada island, the Mediterranean island
On a recent visit to Antalya, I joined a day excursion to Suluada island. It is marketed as the Turkish Maldives due to its ice blue water 🌊 and fresh water sources. It is a short boat ride from a pier about two hours drive south of Antalya city and well worth a visit!
It is a very popular visit since it is a Mediterranean island offering sun, beach, and sand! I paid just $35 for the day, including hotel pick up and lunch!

Walk trip around Old Town Antalya 🇹🇷
Loved the vibe of this old town! Old structures are all around beautified by the vibrant street art. If you’re into art and eye candies, this place is a heaven for you as much as it is for me 🤩 Too bad tho I don’t have Turkish Lira with me at the moment, so learn from my mistake and bring cash with you so you can buy art & souvenirs ☺️

Beautiful coast in Antalya
#fallingforfall #tripblazers #turkey #antalya #beachlife #urbanexplorer #summervacation #awesomepic Visiting in Turkey, it’s a must to visit Antalya located in the southern part of Turkey. Antalya is one of the largest cities in the whole country, and definitely the largest summer resort with beaches. In the city, there are three stunning beaches, also in the city centre. Moreover, the coastline is located partially on the rocks, a night walk may be a perfect occasion to observe the city from the above in it darkness. In generally, Antalya is one of my favourite summer resorts in this part of Europe 😊 A visit in Antalya can be easily combined with a trip to other nearby Turkish summer resorts, such as Alanya or Side

Beautiful Antalya Sea
It was my first time seeing the sea 🥰
Antalya was the best choice so far…
The location is Konya-Alti beach. There were so many restaurants and luxury hotels near.
It was the best thing we can rent a car and travel everywhere around the city.#antalya
Togi the Travel addict 113 Antalya City Tour with BTS Travel Agency
Great trip beginning with Lara waterfall which is a river flowing down to the sea. A beautiful view 💕
Secondly, we went to the market to see Sultan Diamond 💎 which changes it’s color due to the light. This treasure can only be seem in Turkey.
3rd photo is a cruise tour from Antalya’s Old town. It was so exciting and we took so many photos with beautiful ocean backgrounds.
And the next stop we went to Konyaaltì beach to have lunch. The restaurant was nice.
After that we went to the mountain. Rode a cable car, watched whole Antalya city from the top.
And finally, we stopped at the Düden waterfall garden. A beautiful garden with waterfall, bat cave, rock bridge and many more sites to see.
All thanks to the agency, everything was perfect ❤️ #awesomepic #antalya #citytour #duden #oldtown #larawaterfall #sea #konyaalti #cablecar
Togi the Travel addict 113 Old Town Antalya
If you finally got tired swimming and had enough sun tanning in Antalya’s Mediterranean waters, its time to hit the Old city where history’s evidences still lingers. The streets are narrow with all the boutique shops on the side, mini cafes and ice cream shops are a plenty.
There is a Marina on at the edge of the city where you get to see the pirate ships that offers tours for 100TL over sunset.
This area in Antalya is a must visit.

Green Beyaz Hotel, Lara, Antalya
The hotel was relatively in the center of Lara. It is close to the sea buy very far from the actual beach that you could actually swim. You need to take a taxi and travel at least 20 mins to reach the closest Lara beach front. If you wanna swim everyday, this hotel isn’t for you, unless you are willing to pay a lot fo the taxis.
Hotel has a swimming pool which is nice. You can eat breakfast by the pool and the atmosphere is nice.
They are very hygienic in serving breakfast here which made me feel safe in my entire stay. Although the room was not thoroughly cleaned when I entered ,towels seemed to be used and not fresh as well as the floor not being moped well.

Lara Beach, Antalya
Lara beach is one of the hot spots in Antalya. Most tourists visit this area as it has more private beach clubs and hotels with in the area. Compared to Konyaalti beach, this one is a sand beach although the waters are pretty much thesame, blue and crystal clear Mediterranean waters!
Beach clubs are more expensive— 1 beach bed costs 50TL compared to konyaalti that was 35 only.
Food prices are thesame
Services could get worst as its very touristic and people always aim to get more money from the tourist. Be careful.
⭐️⭐️⭐️/ 5 for Lara beach 🏖

The biggest Migros!
MMMMM or 5M Migros in Antalya is by far the biggest Migros chain I’ve seen in whole Turkey. Usually Migros in only a supermarket that sells basic home stuff and food. However the one in Antalya has a lot of international and local shops inside the mall.
The mall is at the highway and could easily be spotted because of its beautiful facade :)

Viola, Antalya!
Konyaalti beach is a long stretch beach along the coast of Antalya, overlooking the crystal clear Mediterranean waters. There a lot of beach clubs in the coast that will let you rent sun beds for 35-200TL. They sell drinks and snacks upon your request! However, if you don’t wanna pay money to rent the beds, there are parts of the beach where you can lay down for free.
The beach is stony so water level could be a bit deep and inclined.
