#springblossom #vianasjourney
The park located in the city centre, with proper pathway (resin bounded gravel surface) guiding you through the park. Plenty of bench for visitors to relax and even have a petting zoo in the middel of the park which gonna be fun for children. It’s obviously very taken care of, with rubbish bin easily found in distance area and animal seems to enjoying their space around the park without fearing human disturbing them. Chairs with table is also found in the area, makes it easy if you wanna enjoy some light snacks over there. I hope you enjoy spending time in the park as much as I do.

De Tulperij; A Free Tulips Field in Voorhout
#springblossom #vianasjourney
Another tulip fields you may visit for free is located in Voorhout. Love the nature in sorrounding but it might not be the most convenient for those driving with cars as I could not find a proper parking to visit the place. But my advice is, maybe you can park your car at the side of the road before arriving in De Tulperij. Otherwise you’ll have trouble find parking area nearby. Good luck and enjoy the beauty of spring!

Dutch Flower Parade 2024 at Sassenheim
#springblossom #vianasjourney
I have to say that this is by far the most interesting and meaningful events I actually went to in The Netherlands. Total length of the route is 42kms, and the starting point was from Noordwijk Beach at 0900 to Haarlem which gonna end probably around 2200. Many volunteers made this event possible and you see that they really did a great job in arranging these magneficient flowers statues and give their best effort to make this event one of visitor’s best memory. I chose to go to Sassenheim this year because I assume (which was correct) that this area is lesser crowded compare to Keukenhof or Lisse. Other reason is that, because the parade reach Sassenheim was around 1200 which wasnot too early or too late for me. I did not buy any ticket for the grandstand because I enjoy following the parade from the side of the road.

Lovely Mini Petting Zoo For Everyone to Visit
#europetrip #vianasjourney
If you are happen to be in Leerdam and with kids, do consider this Hestia’s Hof for them to interact with animals that are around. There wasn’t a lot of animal around but kids are fond of rabbits and it would be interesting to interact with sheep and goat as well. It’s free for public and you can feed them some grass or flowers you can find around. It’s simply enjoyable as well to just play with the games available around the park. Hope you have a good time!
Evening Walk Through Golden Canola Pathway
#springblossom #vianasjourney
Enjoy one of locals daily routine by taking an evening walk around the neighbourhood. If you are looking for an easy, clean and gorgeous pathway, you may need to consider this route called vestingstedenroute. It’s technically in Gelderland area but it’s also closer to go from Leerdam as well, just have to cross a bridge between Leerdam and Gelderland. It’s a big area with many apples and pears trees in bloom at the moment. One that I enjoy so much about this pathway is that, along the way, there’s this bright canola flowers fully blooming and it’s truly mesmerising to just surrounded by it. Do consider this place for an extra exciting evening walk

Heaven for Shoppers at Batavia Stad
#europetrip #vianasjourney
If you are a fan of high end items, this is a place that you should visit apart from big cities such Amsterdam. It have plenty of big names as you may notice in the video. What’s unique about this place I notices is that, it have this element of traditional architecture on the buildings but somehow still feel modern. Apart from shopping you may also find plenty of cafe, restaurants, and museum where you can learn more about ships. If you wanna explore something different in The Netherlands, this is where you should visit! Happy exploring
Whimsical & Enjoyable Eatery for Adult & Kids
#vianasjourney #deliciousfood
This eatery is famous with their pancakes, but not like the usual fluffy pancake you have for breakfast. It comes with plenty of toppings and I think my favourite is actually with pulled pork. I can just wrap the pulled pork with the thin slice of pancake and dipped it with their special sauce. Apart that it has delicious and unique options of menu, they have this games and playground for kids to spend their time and make new friends. Take note that reservation are needed before eating here. However, you may enter and take a look around with no entrance fee. Hope you enjoy your food and time as much as I do.
Note; Vegetarian option are also available too.

Exploring & Eating at Leerdam In Half a Day
#springblossom #vianasjourney #awesomepic
Leerdam is pretty small city, although it weren’t really famous with tourist, but it was nice to experience what local visit in a slow day. Start with brunch (5 last pictures) at Veerhuys Leerdam, where many choose to visit because of their excellent bread selections. Their choices for brunch and breakfast is already filling especially their specialty (a must try). From there, you may start your exploring from the harbour. Walking through the neighbourhood, you’ll be finding a lot of nice spot to just sit, chill & admire. In the evening, you can choose La Stancia (an Argentinian restaurant) famous for their spare ribs. I would suggest to try their unlimited spare ribs as it was so delicious and worth it. It comes with free salad. To end the evening, take a picture on this famous wall painted building next to it as a memory. Enjoy exploring!

Visit the Largest & Luxurious Castle in NL
#springblossom #vianasjourney
Discover the largest and luxurious castle in The Netherland by visiting this De Haar Castle. It has an interesting history from the first owner of the house until in the 2000, the current owner van Zuylen van Nyevelt family passed ownership to the Foundation Castle De Haar. In the castle you can see how luxurious the lifestyle of the owner where they have many items (for example cutlery) especially made and used only by the family. Do check out their family history for more informations. Here’s my extra infos and tips, the castle has it locker before exploring further, so if you have big bags, wise to put it there. Staff didn’t allowed big bags, and even if you bring sling bag, the staff insisted I some how wrap it around my stomach. It has small and steep stairs, so careful. Even if you wanna look pretty wearing heels for pictures, do bring extra pair of comfortable footwear. Take note that no flash photography allowed.

More Closer Experience with Tulips & Daffodil
#springblossom #vianasjourney
Located less than 10 minutes drive from Keukonhof, you can come to this The Tulip Barn with entrance fee is only 8.50€. It’s a medium size flower field, filled with quite large area of daffodil and the other area are with colourful tulips. Keep in mind that the tulips are mostly mixed colours in one lane. The unique part about this barn is that, it’s have plenty of props where you can pose for pictures (you may notice some of it in the pictures I include). My advice is, if you enjoy tulips for taking pictures, thing place might be one of good place to go. But if you would like to learn deeply about varieties of tulips, Keukonhof would be the option.

Aesthetic & Innovative room arrangement at AC
#freehotelstay #vianasjourney
AC Hotel by Marriot Penang used to be called Vistana Hotel. I look at the change as a positive improvement because with the change, create a new vibes on the room itself. Room itself give this contemporary design and vibe. It’s a open wardrobe concept, but still have this two spacious close drawer on the bottom. Iron and ironing board are keep on a side compartment so you have to look carefully. I especially love the details and arrangement of the sofa and the mirror. I took a wonderful pictures on that area/ spot. Bed and pillow are comfortable, no complaint on that part.

Miri; Leisure Walk Near the Sea
#hiddengems #wheretogo #vianasjourney
Had a chance to explore more area in Miri today and went to this place called Coco Cabana, a well known place near the sea to enjoy sunset view. Few of local stalls open along the way, selling local foods such as grilled chicken wings, chicken skewer, banana fritters and some selection of drinks. Many seems to enjoy the food at the seaside where they have some area for sitting. No doubt it’s a nice spot to spend the evening with friends and families but I feel like the place should have been more well maintain eapecially for the buidling and other public facilities as the toilet.

This place located approximately 45km from central of Doha. Apart from known for it’s beach, there also few desert adventures you may try as camel ride, sand boarding, and car ride through the desert. As for the camel ride, I paid 50riyal for 15minutes ride and took pucture with falcon cost me 20riyal. The ride with car in the desert was 300riyal including one session of sand boarding. It’s a bit sad that the driver only allow us to play the sand boarding once per person (4 person playing) but it’s still a nice experience for us. there’s also a resort called Murwab nearby if you wanna experience a stay in the desert.
