#timetotravel When we talk about China there's no doubt that kung fu and Shao Lin temple will be mentioned amongst the othere. It is really amusing for me that even up to this day, the Shaolin temple still accepts students who wish to learn kung fu and there are actually a lot of them. You will see them right away practicing while you walk aroung the grounds of the temple. This is something worth keeping, the tradition and culture of Shaolin must be kept forever and I hope the world could also see how interesting it is to still see them practice Kung fu. We were only day for half a day and even watched the kung fu show but you can definitely spend more time here and see how these practitioners live everyday. How to get here: From Zhengzhou take a bus to Dengfeng from Zhengzhou Bus Station (about 2 hours), and then take a bus to Shaolin Temple (about 20 minutes) or rent a car if there are 4 or 3 of you who can share the cost. Fascinating Kung Fu Show in Beijing 🇨🇳

#timetotravel This was an excellent show which is worth your time whilst in Beijing. The entire show is just exciting with a fast paced intervals of different stage performances show off Chinese Martial Arts. I think, even if you are not into martial arts , you would still enjoy this, I mean it is hard not too because it is highly entertaining to be honest. It is not just entertaining but also educational, it allows you to leard the history of Kungfu and that's how the show goes about. The overall all stroyline, the costumes and the stage lightings were just brilliant and visually satisfying. Very well planned show and the theater is big and comfortable too. Enjoy the show. Entrance Fee- we got it from an agent and it only cost us 140 rmb. Luoyang Grottoes and Kung Fu 🥷🏞️

Luoyang is a small but cute city to visit for a weekend. With a weekend tour group, on the first day visites the Longmen Grottoes and old town street. The Grottos was a very lovely and amazing walk around, there was so many caves to see and experience, plus the temple is where you can a lovely view from a cross the river of the caves and river. In the afternoon, the old town street was very busy and full of life, there was so many food stalls and shops to choose from, fun walk around, In the evening visit the temple unfortunately wasn't able to go inside as it was too late but the view outside was so pretty. Second day when to the school of Kung Fu and Shaolin temple. Watched the Kung Fu show perform by the students who study, it was amazing, a must see. After, is the walk around of the grounds of the area and visited the Temple, our tour guide had so a lot of interesting and fun fact about the place . Then, it was the cable car. There are two options, I choose the shorter route as I didn't have much time, this one was 20mins going up. At the top there is a small temple and a observation area.
