Wine tasting at a Winery in Temecula, California. It was so interesting and eye opening to find out about how much effort goes into making wine. It has such a long history around the world. Much more complicated than I imagined. #merrychristmas

Looking for a relaxing weekend, I drove to Temecula. It really doesn't feel like America; it's more like a small European town: slow-paced, quiet, and the gentle breeze blowing through the vineyards is so soothing. 📍 One-Day Itinerary: 10:00 Arrive in Old Town Temecula → Coffee shop stroll 11:30 Bolero Winery → Wine tasting + photo session 14:00 Lunch (Bolero) - The restaurant there is nice (Photos 11-15) 15:30 Bottaia Winery → Vineyard walk 17:00 Just find a hillside to watch the sunset – perfect! 👍There are many wineries nearby; you can drive to the next one in about 7 minutes! •✔ Free parking •✔ Plenty of parking spaces •✔ Right at the winery entrance, just a short walk to the tasting area

Such an enjoyable time spent in a beautiful setting, the Temecula Olive Oil Co. is a bit beyond the beaten path, tucked away from the winery row. The outdoor tasting room made us feel like we were in Tuscany! Flavors, infusions and pairings were introduced by the lovely tour guide/farmer with considerable knowledge and experience.

Perfect for couples in Southern California to hang out for a whole day. 🚗Recommended round trip for the day: Stop 1️⃣: TOAST to fill your stomach It’s my first time to check out the place, and overall it’s very good! His Benedict is really great! But the steak is a bit ordinary. It doesn't matter. You can buy tickets directly for wine tasting. 💲25/6 drinks, but the bartender was quite excited and gave us one more drink, which equals to 7 drinks in total When they drank the third cup, the old couple looked into each other's eyes and their faces turned red and their hearts beat fast. Our favorite drink is Almond Sparkling Because it was uncomfortable to drink wine standing up during the tasting, we asked the bartender to "fill up" for the last two glasses. I regretted it after I filled it up. I felt that our behavior and clothing were like two minors who had sneaked into the adult world. Stop 4: Old Town Temecula, stroll around the town to sober up The name Temecula comes from an ancient Indian language. Meaning: "place of sun" It seems that there is really such a meaning to wandering around the town while tipsy The town under the sunset seems to be shrouded in a thin layer of fairy air. You can visit the handicraft shops, antique shops and boutique galleries in the town. If you live here, you can also go to the small bar to drink a glass of wine brewed by their own farm. But if you have to rush back to LA that night, don’t drink anymore (there are thousands of roads to take, but safety comes first!!)! Finally, here are a few tips: All the attractions, wineries and shops in Temecula town close very early. It will probably close at six o'clock. So when you go out for fun, be sure to leave early. Strictly control the time for each item.

🇺🇸I visited Pechanga Resort, ranked the second best casino in the US outside of Las Vegas. 😄 After exploring the resort, I had brunch at Journey's End, a restaurant with a stunning golf course view. ⌚️Hours Daily 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM 🗺️Location 45000 Pechanga Pkwy, Temecula, CA 92592 ❗️Reservations available through OpenTable 🍞What I Ordered I had Eggs Benedict, and the fries that came with it were delicious ($16). You can also order Belgian waffles, which offer a sweet and salty combination of brunch and the rest ($20). This is an old town with an Indian style, with unique shops along the way. In addition, the people here are very warm and polite, which made the whole trip smooth and rewarding #LocalTravel

The west coast is arguably one of the most beautiful parts of the United States. You can hike a mountain in the morning and have a golden hour dinner on the beach at sunset. The versatility and option of things to do are endless. Southen California will have your heat if you choose to visit. Major cities like San Diego and Los Angeles will have you booked up pretty quickly. If you choose to go more local, say Temecula or Carlsbad, you can find wine country. Out in the desert, there are wineries along the highway, it's definitely hard to choose where to go but my suggestion is Wilson Creek Winery. They have a huge selection of reds, whites, and their signature sparkling wine (aka champagne). You can purchase a whole bottle for you and your group or purchase a tasting ticket which gives you 6 glasses for around $25.
