Day 14 of road trip. I am glad I pushed on our journey to Croatia as I initially hesitated to drive here due to the long distance. We arrived at Trogir after a 3 hour drive from Plitvice Lake. Its not a very popular tourist destination but I really love the vibes upon arrival. It’s very clean, less crowded, it has a very chill old town square with shops and cafe to just relax and enjoy the atmosphere. Feels very safe with many local kids running around playing.

Trogir is a small town near Split that is unexpectedly beautiful. It’s old town is a UNESCO protected heritage site and the town was used as a filming location for celebrated TV series Game of Thrones.
