Mauritius is loved by so many! It's a place I can't forget even after multiple trips to the Maldives. 🏨 Shangri-La Le Touessrok Resort & Spa, Mauritius Staying at the Shangri-La, the environment, location, and service were all excellent. The resort is so charming, you won't get bored even after staying for a few days. The breakfast and dining options were all delicious. - 🐬 Activities: 🔥 Dolphin watching is super fun, and you can swim with them! A large group of dolphins is so cute!! 🔥 There's a zoo, and riding an ATV in the jungle feels so free! Playing with zebras and ostriches is so much fun. - 🍕 Food: Mauritius' brown sugar and black tea are incredibly good. Be sure to bring some back, or you'll regret it. The other food wasn't memorable; the instant noodles I brought were tastier. - ☁️ Scenery: The sea in Mauritius has 100 colors. Île aux Cerfs is beyond words; you have to experience it yourself. The sunrises and sunsets are both beautiful. If you love islands, you must experience the charm of Mauritius.

We stayed in a three-bedroom villa, and Sweta, Tony, and Ashwini were exceptional throughout our visit. Right from our arrival, Sweta's warmth, kindness, and sincere concern made us feel immediately at home. Her ability to anticipate our needs and add thoughtful details greatly enhanced our comfort and pleasure. Tony and Ashwini were equally professional and attentive, consistently ready to help with a welcoming smile. Their combined efforts made our stay both smooth and delightful, truly enhancing our entire experience.

We had a fantastic time with our family at Shangri-La Le Touessrok. Sadly, there weren't many options for families with kids under 16. We couldn't join in on the bike or quad tours, and there was no soccer ball available at the resort. Nonetheless, our villa with a pool was excellent, and the staff did everything to ensure we had a wonderful vacation. Team members Dan, Veeren, Medgee, Sweta, and Sanesh, along with chefs Candeeah and Kailash, worked hard to fulfill our wishes and made us feel warmly at home. Both the kids and adults loved having them around, and we were very grateful for their high-quality service. Thank you all so much! Loscher Family.

I had an amazing experience with Neptune Cruise! The service was superb, and the food and drinks were certainly a great value. I was fortunate to be celebrating my birthday and witnessed dolphins for the first time, right in front of the catamaran! It was an unforgettable sight. We danced and sang—the atmosphere was fantastic. Kudos to Yona and the crew, along with everyone onboard. They were incredibly friendly and cheerful, making my birthday unique and memorable. Our honeymoon stay lasted for two weeks in a stunningly picturesque location. The care we received was exceptional, and I feel compelled to praise the wonderful staff, especially the delightful ladies who took care of our room in the hotel's Coral area. Huge thanks to Sabrina and Sweety, who were truly a pleasure to meet. We mostly interacted with Lindly at concierge; he provided valuable assistance and information, always with a bright smile. At the TSK buffet restaurant, where breakfast is served, special thanks to Sharda, Davita, Snita, and a young trainee (wearing a blue shirt) who served us coffee and tea each morning. They genuinely took great care of my wife and me.

Our stay at this exceptional hotel was truly magical. The hotel itself is stunning, with fantastic beaches, warm pools, outstanding restaurants, and rooms that have everything you need. The staff is attentive, and the service is fantastic. The facilities offer plenty for families and water sports lovers. We experienced stunning sunsets, but watching the sunrise was particularly special. Be sure to take the boat to Îlot Mangenie, as its rustic charm is enchanting. From arrival to departure, we felt special every moment. Mauritius 7-Day Escape Trip🏝️ This pearl of the Indian Ocean truly surprised me in so many ways! Not only are there stunning beaches, but also unique landscapes like volcanoes and tea plantations. What’s even more unforgettable is the warm and simple Creole culture here～ 🌴Day 1: First Encounter with Paradise After arriving at Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport, head straight to the Shangri-La Hotel on Felicite Island. The 270-degree sea view room is breathtaking😍 Watch the sunset on the private beach in the evening and enjoy a French seafood feast. 🌋Day 2: Magical Journey to the Seven Colored Earth After breakfast, visit the Chamarel Volcano Crater and overlook the entire island from the viewing platform (super stunning!). In the afternoon, explore the Seven Colored Earth and Champagne Waterfall in Black River Gorges National Park. On the way, a chance encounter with giant tortoises was so heartwarming～ For dinner, I recommend Le Chamarel restaurant on the hilltop, where I ordered the signature curry seafood paired with rum🍛 🏝️Day 3: Island Hopping Adventure Take a speedboat to Deer Island (make sure to apply sunscreen in advance!). Snorkel in Emerald Bay to see the coral reefs and try the thrilling parasailing! For lunch, enjoy freshly caught lobster at Le Pescatore on the island. In the afternoon, rent a kayak to explore around the island—don’t forget to bargain! 🏛️Day 4: Cultural Exploration Day In the morning, visit the Central Market in Port Louis (spices and handmade woven bags are must-buys). In the afternoon, learn about Mauritius’s sugar production history at the Sugar Museum. At night, dine at Chez Tino, a local favorite recommended by friends, where the Creole stew with mango chili sauce is absolutely amazing🌶️ 🚁Day 5: God’s Perspective Splurged on a helicopter island tour (about 2000 per person but totally worth it). The aerial views of Mount Morne and the underwater waterfall were breathtaking! In the afternoon, relaxed on Belle Mare Beach and collected many rare shells～ 🍵Day 6: Slow Life at the Tea Plantation Chartered a car to Bois Chéri Tea Plantation, where learning to pick and brew tea was super fun. At the tea plantation restaurant, I tasted over a dozen kinds of tea paired with banana cake and bought lots of souvenirs. On the way back to the hotel, I made a special detour to Grand Bay to see the red-roofed church at sunset⛪ ✈️Day 7: Memories You Can’t Take Away On the last day, enjoyed an Ayurveda Spa at the hotel. Before heading to the airport, bought Dodo bird plush toys and vanilla black tea (the duty-free shop is more expensive than downtown!). 💡Useful Tips: 1. Best travel season is May to December. Remember to bring a power adapter and sunscreen. 2. Renting a car for self-driving is more convenient, but note that driving is on the left side. 3. Creole and French are most commonly spoken; basic English works too. 4. Tipping culture: generally 10-15% service charge. 5.
