It's right next to Santa Claus Village, the most convenient glass igloo to get to. 🎅Santa's Igloos Arctic Circle is located in Rovaniemi, just a few minutes' walk from Santa Claus Village. The glass igloo is very well designed, with an enclosed bathroom and an open glass igloo at the front, offering a wide view of the starry sky and scenery. The room has air conditioning, so you don't have to worry about the cold. We only stayed for one night and saw the aurora. The hotel will give you a phone when you check in, and if there is an aurora at night, they will send you a message to let you know. It's very thoughtful. The aurora at night is so beautiful. #100waysoftravel I would really recommend this hotel for a stay in Helsinki. Hotel is very close to center and tram stop and metro station is just few minutes walk. Also to central railway station is just about 5 mins walk. Staff is really nice, smiling and with good humour. Superior room is perfect size and bathroom with city view window was very cool. Having a shower while looking trains arriving/departuring from station was cool. I enjoyed lightning as you could dim it, switch on night lightning and small light in bathroom with motion sensor was really nice. Oh! And the really comfy bed. And I have to say, most hotels have double bed made up from two single beds, but here it was really king size comfy double bed. So I totally enjoyed this stay and would definitely come back.

This time we stayed at the Arctic TreeHouse Hotel, a popular spot in Rovaniemi. It costs over 700 euros per night, but the view is absolutely breathtaking, and the service is superb. . The reception even offers shuttle service to the rooms. . From the window, you can see the small cabins and snowy forest across, like something out of a fairy tale. . The room is well-equipped. Pulling back the curtains reveals floor-to-ceiling windows and white blanket chairs, perfect for photos. . The hotel delivers breakfast to your room with additional 18 euros, including coffee, tea, sausages, bacon, salmon, fried eggs, and more, all kept warm in insulated bags. . It was my first time in Ruka and at the Ski-Inn Ruka Valley Hotel and I was surprised about how beautiful and comfortable the hotel was! My studio apartment was big, clean and practical! I had everything I needed for cooking, and also a balcony with a lovely view on the lake. My bed was extremely comfortable and the hotel was very silent at night!
