Every time I come to Osaka, I just visit one place and buy everything.
I've been here so many times, the best places to visit in Osaka are really Umeda, and the best places to visit in Umeda must be Hankyu and Lucua. If not buying luxury goods, I would go straight to Lucua, overall going the young fashion route, sports brands, designer brands, local Japanese home wear and cosmetics are available, Hankyu has the basics, even fewer tourists, good shopping experience. Foreigners will be given a 5% discount card directly at checkout, and tax refunds are quick on the fourth floor. I remember Lucua has two buildings, Lucua main building and Lucua 1100, I like 1100 more, much better to stroll, 10th floor restaurant choice and more.
Lululemon can be refunded directly, mont-bell is not tax-free as usual but the variety is complete and full, and the Chinese clerk is very friendly. A.P.C. and Barbour models are quite a lot, Polo Ralph Lauren is quite large, the price is probably about 70% off domestically. Disney, Sanrio, Tom & Jerry have them, and those new soft and cute puff series from Dongdi can be found here. There is an Isetan Closet collection on the fourth floor of Lucua 1100, with Akira Minagawa, Auralee, YAECA, etc. Although there are not many models from each brand, the selection is really beautiful. Next to the vintage shop Raum is worth recommending, I think it is the best vintage shop I have strolled in Japan.
Pathfinder's rainbow latte art latte is a latte art champion shop. Diptyque price is about 2/3 domestic, full 15,000 yen free Christmas limited sapin candle, and many small samples. Other Japanese beauty brands, beams, plage, iena, etc. can be bought, walking super happy ~
If you want to buy luxury goods, go straight to Hankyu, basically all brands have them. LV stock a lot, Chanel to get a ticket in line, the number of people in the store is controlled quite strictly, during peak periods to wait for more than an hour, you can first get a ticket to shop other, and then wait for Email notification back. Other Japanese designer brands I instead think the Lucua selection is even better. Hankyu also has a 5% coupon, however the first tier luxury license does not apply. The biggest drawback is that too many people get tax refunds, and you really need to allow a little more time to get it done. Both shopping malls have official Chinese websites, you can check the store list in advance.
