I've been here so many times, the best places to visit in Osaka are really Umeda, and the best places to visit in Umeda must be Hankyu and Lucua. If not buying luxury goods, I would go straight to Lucua, overall going the young fashion route, sports brands, designer brands, local Japanese home wear and cosmetics are available, Hankyu has the basics, even fewer tourists, good shopping experience. Foreigners will be given a 5% discount card directly at checkout, and tax refunds are quick on the fourth floor. I remember Lucua has two buildings, Lucua main building and Lucua 1100, I like 1100 more, much better to stroll, 10th floor restaurant choice and more. Lululemon can be refunded directly, mont-bell is not tax-free as usual but the variety is complete and full, and the Chinese clerk is very friendly. A.P.C. and Barbour models are quite a lot, Polo Ralph Lauren is quite large, the price is probably about 70% off domestically. Disney, Sanrio, Tom & Jerry have them, and those new soft and cute puff series from Dongdi can be found here.
