When I was stranded in the UK, I used to walk in the park as a family. Once I accidentally discovered a skate park, my son wanted to go and see it, and then he slowly fell in love with the sports that happen at the skate park. Toby started getting into scooters, skateboards and bmx, plus at the Olympics, the British team did particularly well, so the whole atmosphere was great. It turns out that most of the people who go to the skatepark are very friendly. If you have any problems, they are willing to help you and teach you. If kids go over there, it’s highly encouraged to try these exercises. Like my son, he will keep trying whatever fancy he wants to practice, even if he falls, he has to climb back up and start over again.
