Clean room and very comfy bed. Rooms are large. Couple small inconveniences. No plug for bath or sink and the hairdryer didn’t work but overall for one night stop over was fine.

Pool doesn't work, but staff was polite. And they are pet friendly. Not too many hotels are these days . Overall, it's not the Ritz but it's better than a lot of the local competition. I would definitely stay again .

Room was clean. Well located near a lot of restaurants with easy access to the interstate. Front desk worker made a lot of jokes, some fell flat. Breakfast is limited and you have to pass through the hot pool room to get there. Conditioner and bar soap are not available.

Room was freezing. Thermostat was not working. The desk clerk offered to change rooms, but it was too much trouble and already late in the evening. She very nicely brought me extra blankets and a space heater. That helped a lot.

Gud ppl. Take kare of us great everytime we visit hot springs. Great area good scene Koo pool food ok an not bad for da area. I use to stay in da town an they have their moments but it ain't like little rock but they trying to

The lady at the front desk was great. Hotel room was great for the price. The elevator worked. I doordashed food to my room & it made it there no problem. Breakfast was not impressive, but I expected that for the price.

Quaint. Not gonna be everyone's cup of tea. It is right next to Majic Springs. About walking distance from The Portfolio (iykyk) I stayed on the weekend and it was unbelievably quite. I'd stay again.

Annual father and brother trip, the facilities were clean. The hotel is nice enough one mattress was good the other had huge sag in it. TV was cracked a bit. We would still probably stay again just hope for a better mattress.

Was a clean room and quiet area. Complements to the man taking care of the landscaping.
