They can keep the standard service every time that I’ve visited at Kantary group however they just chsnge the system count the night and point to new like central member. Unfortunately who don’t reserve directly can’t get the night and point. Please consider for benefit to client as well.
I stayed here for 2nd time. All things in the room is good but I found roach on g floor in the building. I didn't take a photo because it's alive. Hope the hotel could pay more attention even it's ground floor.
The scenery surround building is made me stunt but room type Jacuzzi is a little expensive when compare with what we get like breakfast which is not various much and also specious room but not clean enough.

The service staff is very good. Gave very good information about the area. The rooms were clean. It's a pity I didn't take pictures. If I pass through Prachin again, I will definitely go back and stay here again.

GGuest UserThe accommodation was quite good. The suite room was well-proportioned. The staff had to be smiling and provide good service. The staff in green shirts guarding the door (I understand they are bellboys) should really improve. They just sat and looked at the customers' faces, didn't greet them, didn't open the door, didn't help carry things. We stayed for 3 days and didn't help a single day. I don't know why they're there. One day when there were few customers, we went to have breakfast. When we walked into the dining room, they opened and looked at all the food, as if they were going to have breakfast with us. The team of staff in green shirts was funny.
