This is a first and better hotel im booking at Hatyai.
1. Good service for reception staff, room cleaner, parking area staff.
2.Lobby not so big, but enough much seat and important air conditioning sastified.
3. 100% No worries parking lot.
4. New lift
5. Bed soft, comfortable to sleep
6. The room is a good smell
7. Available bidet spray
8. Strong Private wifi and user friendly (scan qrl code log in)
One thing i need to highlight, and looking forward good news when in future im rebook again. (Currently, the pressure for shower low, spent 15 minutes to shower instead 5min)

“Perfect in every way! Comfortable beds, great Wi-Fi, delicious food, and outstanding customer service. Everything was clean, quiet, and relaxing. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Five stars without a doubt.”
The hotel was comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent and ice-cold, and the water pressure in the bathroom was good. The breakfast was absolutely fantastic – it was definitely my favorite part of the stay! The swimming pool was decent as well, though it looked like it could use a bit of maintenance. There aren't any 7-Elevens or massage parlors in the immediate vicinity, but you'll pass by them on your way back to the hotel, so it's still quite convenient. The area around the hotel is very peaceful. If you prefer a quiet environment and dislike noisy surroundings, this district is perfect for you.

Comfortable stay at Buri Sriphu. Wished there were better amenities — the gym was quite small and limited (only light dumbbells and some cardio machines available) / pool and gym close at 10pm 🥲 wished they opened the gym till later. My room was also in a different block from the main lobby and amenities, which was interesting. Other than that it was rather clean and had most things you would need in a spacious, well AC-ed room. Nice cafe in the main lobby too!

Love markets, this is the place. Restaurants nearby are mid sized and serves ts purpose. Cafe amazon small one near the turn if you like their drinks but less atmosphere though. Extra bed added, but bit hard for me. Good for child though. Tuk tuk are everywhere. Grab can be called too. Ordered food from grab, but have to go lobby to pick it up.

Im really impressed by the hotel. Booked it last minute to stay near the airport. Was fairly cheap & quality is like a 5 star hotel. Staff was extremely friendly & accommodating. Room was true to picture ! Super spacious for twin room. And pool was nice too! Breakfast was amazing ! So much variety! Sadly we only stayed for a night . But when im back, ill definitely stay here longer . Although is slightly further from city centre (abt 15 mins ride) , ill come to relax.
The environment and rooms were both excellent, definitely five-star quality. However, the only issue was the bathroom water, as the hot and cold supply kept fluctuating. The Saturday seafood buffet looked very appealing, but it wasn't particularly tasty. I was left feeling a little disappointed.

Overall a good place to stay. Convenient location, walking distance to hatyai center (lee garden). Clean and tidy. Tuktuk available most of the time. Almost everything provided. Toothbrush and toothpaste not provided, small fridge not provided. Parking place small and limited. But roadside parking available with charges. 7evelen surrounding.
1. While we are waiting our ride back home the lobby of the hotel has little to no ventilation, no air conditioning, and very ”stuffy”
2. While we requested for a place to store our baggage on the day of checkout so we could visit some location they have requested us to place the bag at an open area with cctv only but not a secured space, and no tag of baggage exchange to ensure we collected the correct baggage.
3. Toilet lighting is very dim and cleanliness so so
4. The entire hotel are 8th floor high and to cater for so many guests they only have 1 lift, and it is always occupied
5. Room's slipper are used instead of newly provided
Very Good

YYANLIN1314The staff were incredibly friendly, and the location was super convenient for exploring. The place itself was spotless and very comfortable, with an incredibly comfy bed. It's also very photogenic, making for some beautiful pictures. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay this trip! Highly recommended for those traveling by car.

AAnonymous UserThank you for the room upgrade. So far the hotel is good, even though the location is kinda far but room is cozy. However, toilet need to improve. The free shuttle provided, honestly most of time not available but the staff kind enough to book grab for us.
JJacqueline WThe room that I check in is super big, spacious and clean but the location of this hotel is a bit far from the central town. The staffs are very friendly and very helpful too. My room provide me a mahjong table too....
AAnonymous UserThe hotel is nice and comfortable, it is next to a halal eatery hence convenient for muslim traveller to find food. Walking distance to lee garden, kim yong market and 7-Eleven. The only thing need to be improve is the staff not friendly and there are one of the room have issue with the bathtub.
Llaosnewhorizons** A Simple Stay**
Nestled in the heart of the city, the Hotel offers a modest retreat for travelers seeking basic accommodations without the frills. During my recent stay, I found the hotel to be adequate but lacking any notable extravagance.
Upon arrival, the check-in process was smooth, and the staff were courteous, albeit not overly attentive. The lobby exuded a functional charm, with minimalistic decor and seating areas that served their purpose without much flair.
As I made my way to the room, I noticed the corridors were clean but somewhat dated, reflecting the hotel's unassuming character. The room itself was spacious enough for a comfortable stay, albeit with furnishings showing signs of wear and tear. The bed, while not luxurious, provided a decent night's sleep, and the linens were clean.
One of the notable aspects of the hotel was its cleanliness; the housekeeping staff did a commendable job of maintaining tidiness throughout my stay. However, the absence of complimentary meals or even a breakfast option was disappointing, especially for travelers looking for convenience.
In terms of amenities, the hotel offered the essentials: Wi-Fi, a television, and a functional bathroom with soap. While these amenities sufficed for my short stay, they may fall short for guests expecting more modern conveniences or recreational facilities.
Overall, the Hotel is a budget-friendly option for travelers seeking a no-frills accommodation option in a convenient location. While it may not dazzle with luxury or amenities, it provides a decent, albeit unremarkable, place to rest one's head after a day of exploring the city.
MM_FaizalRooms are big and clean. A bit far from town but a good place to stay if you bring your own vehicles. Just unfortunate that one of our rooms was smelly. Room 218 to be exact. They should have realised this before we checked in.
AAlliyah NelizaThe place is clean and tidy but it gets loud at night cause of the bar in the nearby area. Its an ideal place for party goers and those who seek the night life.
