The welcome was excellent, and valet parking was available upon arrival at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very well-equipped, with numerous amenities available. The gym is easily accessible and offers a wide selection of machines, allowing for a great workout. I highly recommend this hotel.

It was our 1st time in uludag. The hotel is huge and has amazing staff especially the porter (i forgot his name). He is super pleasant. We didnt get the breakfast in hotel as it was too expensive. The room is clean n nice.

We chose this hotel based on reviews and weren't disappointed. The Trip.com app came in very handy, as room rates were higher at the reception desk. I suggested booking through the app, and everything was processed instantly. The hotel's location is very convenient, and it has its own parking. There's a large shopping mall nearby with branded stores and a food court. Highly recommend.

The remote control on the TV was probably out of battery and could not be used. However, the location was good. People who are not good at driving may be a little difficult to stop in the parking lot. Overall I was satisfied.

I like the hotel. ,very quiet and clean. The receptionist girl is a beautiful Turkish lady and we talked a lot about different touristic places such as Cappadocia, Göbeklitepe, etc etc , ona çok seviyorum !

The room was clean and comfortable, fully equipped, and the bedding was soft. The overall environment was modern and relaxing. Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.
