The welcome was excellent, and valet parking was available upon arrival at the hotel entrance. The rooms are comfortable and very well-equipped, with numerous amenities available. The gym is easily accessible and offers a wide selection of machines, allowing for a great workout. I highly recommend this hotel.

The rooms are spacious, modern, and extremely clean, with breathtaking views from the balcony — waking up to the snowy mountains was magical. The staff were incredibly welcoming, professional, and attentive, always making sure our stay was comfortable and special. The facilities, including the spa, pool, and common areas, are top-class and add to the overall premium experience. The staff was very helpful and accommodated the room very quickly. Everything was perfect! I would recommend the hotel to everyone and I will visit again here soon.

5 star hotel. Location is beautiful. But remember , for food options you're limited to the hotel food options. Prices are high but food is good. Breakfast options 1: buffet, 2: la cart . We choosed for a la carte breakfast box. You need a car to transport, as taxi's are not easy to get without the help of the hotel. Taxis need to come from 22 KM further located Bursa. Hotelrooms are spotless, clean and spacious with luxe bed linens. Great private terrace connect to room to relax.

Excellent location. Very convenient for first-time visitors to Bursa, with easy access to trains, subways, and buses. Highly recommend.

The remote control on the TV was probably out of battery and could not be used. However, the location was good. People who are not good at driving may be a little difficult to stop in the parking lot. Overall I was satisfied.

I like the hotel. ,very quiet and clean. The receptionist girl is a beautiful Turkish lady and we talked a lot about different touristic places such as Cappadocia, Göbeklitepe, etc etc , ona çok seviyorum !

Beautiful Hotel, very quiet, even though it is on a busy road. Every one of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has high security, so no strangers and taxis can go through unless given permission. The breakfast was the only disappointment for me as l was expecting a whole lot more variety like some of the Hilton’s l have stayed with. I would still stay here again for sure.

Very average, the most run-down Sheraton I've ever stayed in. I didn't read the information carefully when I checked in, and I didn't realize I hadn't registered for the executive lounge until I checked in. The curtains in the room fell off as soon as I pulled them. I'm sure I'm definitely not the first one to have them fall off. They were fixed quickly, but I don't understand why such an obvious problem can't be solved systematically? The only thing I think is good is the executive lounge, the view and food are all good, and the hotel has a Turkish bath experience + sauna room.

Просто волшебный отель. Расположен в парке. Чистый , вкусный воздух, полное умиротворение. Еда в ресторане восхитительная. Персонал вежливый, отзывчивый (немного подучить английский). Бассейн чистый, большой , очень комфортный. Минус один-нет меню на английском. В остальном очень довольны, вернулись бы сюда ещё и будем рекомендовать всем.
