TheForkUserPleasant setting with Moroccan atmosphere - Dishes with lots of flavor. Special mention for the imperial tajine and the tender roast lamb ribs!!! The decoration of the Moroccan artisanal plates, the metal lamps etc ... make us travel. The welcome and the service is very warm and personalized. A very good time spent in this restaurant

TheForkUserIn a rather dreary suburb of Vichy we were greeted by a masked waitress (an unpleasant reminder of the recent dark days of global dictatorship). you have to have a menu or the a la carte prices are huge. The a la carte menu was not offered. 3 courses €34 or €47. We chose the 47 one. The Fork's 20% off promo is therefore useless. Starters were good of small and had to remove a piece of cling film from the pate de fois. Having specifically asked if the chicken main course contained mushrooms and was told it did not, it arrived covered in mushrooms and was immediately sent back meaning the other diner had to eat her main course on her own. The chicken returned sometime later with a chewy shrimp sauce and pretty much a shrug. Deserts were fine. No reduction on the 130€ bill. Plastic table top and paper napkins. A long way from high end Michelin level.

TheForkUserRediscover old-fashioned service in a Logis de France restaurant. It features a beautiful dining room, a cozy atmosphere, unlimited service, and remarkable cuisine. Excellent value for money. Bravo to this family-run restaurant, which I'll happily revisit next summer.
