The seafood here is basically fried. The fried fish fillet and fried squid taste good, the salmon meat is well cooked, and I ordered a lobster, which had a lot of meat, but the taste was a bit bland, which was a waste of ingredients.

JJ&#39;s Broiler is a famous restaurant on Kauai, which has a history of nearly 50 years. The restaurant is located on a beach with beautiful sea views, and naturally it also focuses on delicious seafood. This appetizer made of squid is really hard to stop eating. The method is not uncommon. The squid tentacles and squid rings are fried golden brown, but the seasoning is surprisingly attractive, and every bite is crispy and bursts in the mouth. In Hawaii, you can try guava juice, which is pink and looks very good. I ordered seafood bisque, which has a lot of ingredients. Paired with a smoked beef sandwich, the crispy bread feels just right. The seafood pasta ordered by my friend is the best pasta I have eaten on this trip. It is full of springy shrimp meat, and the basil green sauce is not greasy at all, but it can wrap the noodles, and the garlic aroma is rich. The fish and chips in the store are also a signature.

We had an early table, our water was attentive, friendly &amp; had our wine glasses re-filled before they were emptied again &amp; the food was all delicious.

The service was amazing as well, with staff being polite, funny and charismatic! 
I highly recommend this restaurant, especially for a more intimate evening!

I stayed in Hawaii for a while and I particularly like this kind of small shop. Steak or shrimp with rice is economical and affordable, and it is filling and not as uncomfortable as eating a hamburger. After all, rice is our staple food.

Appealing menu and tasty food. Friendly and attentive staff. We were all happy with our choices.
