The best restaurant at the St. Regis Bora Bora is an elegant and famous French restaurant that requires formal attire. It is said that restaurants with the same name opened in other places have been rated from one to three stars by Michelin. The one in Shanghai has one star. This restaurant was not included in the rating because it is a resort restaurant. Let’s talk about the environment. The restaurant is facing the main peak of Bora Bora and is only open for dinner (closed on Wednesdays). You can see the sunset during dinner The photos show the appetizers, pan-fried foie gras, crispy roasted lamb chops, and selected American Angus beef tenderloin. The taste is good and the portion is huge. Two people can't finish it.

The only Asian restaurant in the St. Regis Hotel. It is said that the chef had studied in the St. Regis Beijing for a year. The sashimi recommended by the chef was very fresh, 12 pieces of sashimi, three pieces of each of four kinds, three shrimps and some seaweed shreds, tasted good. I have to complain about the Kung Pao Chicken, it was too salty, and I could taste the salt grains.

The Italian restaurant facing the pool is right next to the Asian restaurant. The doors of the two restaurants are next to each other, and the tables are distinguished by red or white candles. Western restaurants always give away small bread. I ordered mozzarella tomato soup, which tasted very good. The ham and mushroom pizza was also very delicious, but there was only chili oil that was not very spicy, and no chili sauce. Finally, I ordered a tiramisu, and my companion said it was better than the one we had on the shore of Lake Como.

This is an underwater restaurant with a great environment. When you are dining, the fish in the cabinet next to you are constantly swimming. It feels really comfortable. The food tastes great and is definitely worth recommending.
