大姐小露開心果
This traditional restaurant located on the waterfront in the center of Bryggen is a Nordic pearl that I came across at lunch. The staff was very polite. They introduced the great value lobster lunch of the day. It was half the price of the nearby fish market that specializes in ripping off tourists. While waiting, I leisurely admired the pictures of the houseboats on the wall. The wooden furniture was simple and elegant. The models of the old ships were also precious. Half a grilled lobster with green leafy vegetables. The sweet lobster meat was placed on the bread. It was spread with butter, cheese and lemon juice. It was so delicious~

This is a seafood restaurant with good overall quality. Their prawns are really tender and the meat is so delicious that we felt that one serving was not enough and ordered another one. The other dishes are also pretty good.

MM Cafe&Bar, located in the center of Bergen, the environment is very elegant, we accidentally hit this restaurant because of the rain, but it gave me a big surprise. The waiter's attitude was very polite, the food was delicious, and the bread was exquisite and delicious. The staple food ordered fish cuisine is also very good, and I also drank a delicious seafood fish soup, which undoubtedly made me cry in cold weather.

In the previous article, I organized a ride on Mount Floyen to enjoy the beautiful harbor of Bergen. This article will talk about cultural and historical attractions. Bergen is known as the "European Cultural Capital", and you should also try all kinds of seafood! - Bergen Day Tour - 🔻9:00-12:00 Floyen Panorama Take the Fløibanen cable car or hike to the observation deck to get a bird's eye view of the entire Bergen, and you can also participate in a variety of outdoor sports. For details, please see the notes in the previous article~ 🔻12:30-13:30 Fish Me Eat Seafood A century-old restaurant, walking into the restaurant is like walking into a fish market, with all kinds of seafood on display, very fresh! The large floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to taste delicious Norwegian seafood while enjoying the beautiful scenery of the harbor. The crayfish in the store are very tender, and there are 3 ways to cook them, there is always one that suits you, and the main thing is that the price is very affordable~ 🔻13:40-14:30 Hanseatic Museum This museum is very interesting. If you don’t go in to learn about its history, you would never have thought that this beautiful building contains a German pickled fish factory! Between 1350 and 1750, the buildings on the Bergen dock were used as German fishery trading bases. Currently, only the interior of this building has been well preserved. It was opened to the public after 1872. Through this building, you can have a deep understanding of the living conditions on the dock at that time, and you can also deeply appreciate the difficult living environment of the apprentices. In the building, for fire prevention, open flames are not allowed, even for food. It is even more cold to sleep in winter, so the houses are very dark and cold. After the visit, I couldn’t help but admire those apprentices, who had strong perseverance and courage to leave their hometowns and secretly participate in the pickling of fish in such a difficult environment. 📌The entrance to the museum is inside the souvenir shop. First enter the shop to buy tickets, and then follow the guide to visit. The whole process is explained in English in detail, and there are many opportunities to ask questions. 🔻14:30-16:30 Bryggen Wooden Building Complex Bryggen The colorful wooden boathouses form such a large complex. As the oldest dock in Bergen, it retains the style of medieval streets. Walking through it, imagine the prosperous scene of the old fish market. From the Hanseatic Museum to the west, through a series of wooden buildings, you can reach the Bryggens Museum. Don't miss the Mariakirken Church next to it. It is the most famous medieval Romanesque church in Norway! If you have time, go to the Starbucks next to the Hanseatic Museum for a cup of coffee. It is beautiful inside and outside, and you can also enjoy the street view. 📌If you are interested in history or King Haakon, you can visit The King Håkon's Hall and Rosenkrantztårnet #SnowplayingBehaviorAward #PlacesIWantToGo #MyHikingCheck-inNotes #DiscoverTheColorsofTheJourney #UrbanHumanitiesNotes
