When this magical journey ends, you will doubt whether it all happened, it is really magical. We first visited the wine cellar, there are many wine collections, many of which are very famous, so I want to drink them, then visited their kitchen, which smelled so good, and finally we went downstairs to another room to taste desserts, drinks and coffee.

All the dishes are delicious, and there are many flavors to choose from. We ate grouper and herring, which looked similar, but both gave us delicious tastes. Moreover, this restaurant is crowded every day, and the price-performance ratio is high.

I have been to Madrid so many times but I have never tried those old-fashioned food restaurants. Today I finally went to La Casa del Abuelo to eat shrimp🦐... This old restaurant with more than 110 years of history is most famous for cooking various shrimps. Tempura shrimp, garlic olive oil shrimp and grilled shrimp are the signature dishes. I personally think that garlic olive oil shrimp is the best, but the taste is not comparable to the spicy crayfish in China [sad face]. I think if you happen to pass by, you can go in and try it, but there is really no need to come here specially. Anyway, we don’t have the urge to come here again...

Madrid Dstage, although it has two Michelin stars, feels like it has three stars. I looked at TripAdvisor and found out that it is the number one restaurant in Madrid. I chose 12 dishes. The amuse-bouche is cuttlefish balls. It looks so delicious that I thought it was a cold dish. I took it in my hand and put it in my mouth and found out that it was hot and bursting cuttlefish. The tiger milk shrimp sashimi is a dish with a full experience. The chef will give you a dish in the open. Kitchen explained the cooking method of the whole dish, the ingredients, and the Spanish fruit wine. Naturally, it is my second favorite dish. The third dish I like is seafood mousse with conch. I have eaten cooked conch in London before, and this half-cooked one has a strong fresh seawater flavor that is unforgettable. The fourth dish is smoked wagyu, which is about half-cooked. It is smoked in the box with charcoal and then sliced and served with basil and other sauces. The fifth favorite organic dish is roasted avocado with peanut butter. The window outside the bathroom is full of plants, and the waiter also explained it skillfully. If I visit Madrid again, it must be because I really want to come to this restaurant again.

I recommend trying the shared silver anchovies, sirloin, aged beef tenderloin and beef meatballs with bomb rice. They pay attention to detail and the service is excellent.

There are delicious coffee and light meals provided. The environment is also great with a comfortable terrace suitable for afternoon tea. It is a very pleasant thing to come here to sit and relax during holidays. The price is not expensive, and it is very suitable for those who like fresh and simple food.

The pizza here can be pulled into very long strings. The crust is baked very crispy. You must eat it while it is hot! It will not taste good when it is cold. I love chicken wings and seafood squid rice! ! The chicken wings are crispy and tender inside, and there is butter at the bottom of the squid rice. The light creamy taste is not greasy when mixed together! !
