Booked in for a Sunday roast for my partner's birthday. The whole experience was good Peter greeted us and showed to our table and Holly looked after us thereafter.

stirrup, a hidden gem of a restaurant, is also one of my must-visit restaurants. The warm lighting in the restaurant makes the dishes even more delicious. It is indeed a top-ranked restaurant and is well worth a visit.

Took my two Grandsons, for a lunchtime treat and what a treat it was. Food was absolutely delicious, possibly the best I have ever had there. Service was really good and lovely ambience - not too busy - very pleasant. Grandsons loved it too!

Typical hearty carvery meal, but - for some reason - slightly cheaper food (and beer) than other Toby restaurants in the area on Sundays (normally the most expensive and busiest day of the week).

We arrived a few minutes early but it wasn’t a problem, our table was ready for us. We got our drinks promptly and ordered from the two course lunch menu. The food was excellent freshly cooked and we didn’t have to wait long. Pudding was syrup sponge and I had it with ice cream, usually this is served on the plate and melts next to the hot sponge. The Harvester serves it in a metal bucket, so it stays cold. Our server was friendly and made suggestions on our food choices, we will definitely return.

A quiet night to visit but excellent food and service. Set menu was small but food was delicious and there was enough of a choice. Only disappointment was yet again the venue were not aware of the Fork offer of £20.00 for three courses as our original bill was for the normal price of £23.00. This was eventually corrected but really not fair on either ourselves or the venue.

Met two cousins of mine . We had a really good time . Good catch up . The service was great . Food brilliant . My cousins had never been there before . We went with my suggestion. Thought it was great . Definitely be back . What was nice the staff didn’t keep interrupting us . Would recommend it to anyone .
