Aarhus is the second largest city in Denmark, located on the east coast of Jutland Peninsula. Aarhus is a city with a long history and cultural heritage. Its urban architecture is full of Nordic style. The classical, novel and unique urban architectural aesthetic design works that integrate Danish culture and natural environment are amazing. The well-known ones include the unique "Iceberg House", Aarhus Art Museum, Aarhus City Hall, Aarhus Concert Hall, and Old Town Museum. Aarhus holds the Aarhus Art Festival and Music Festival every August. It is like a carnival of culture and art on the art stage of Aarhus. In 2017, Aarhus was designated as the European Capital of Culture. Aarhus has been rated as the happiest city in the world for many years. Aarhus is a coastal city and a summer resort in Denmark.

We were lucky enough to have reservations for a Friday night at this fine restaurant in the heart of Aarhus. The meal was delicious and the service was perfect. We had the "Full Throttle" menu, which in the US we call a "tasting menu." The 8 courses featured everything from premium seafood, soups in small portions, tenderloins and great desserts. The wait staff described each of our courses in English. The restaurant was full but noise was low. We had spent 4 hours at gastrome so planned this one out for the evening. They had a sitting and we started at 6:30pm.

Absolutely the best dining experience my family and I have had around the world.
