This restaurant is a regular every time we go out to Villalba. The food is very well prepared and the service is excellent. It's worth noting that they've now added a suggestion menu to the regular menu. We didn't try any this time, but we're sure to find something on future visits. Highly recommended.

Good food, generous portions, and good value. In my opinion, it's a 5-star place. You feel comfortable. When it came to choosing our food, they gave us excellent guidance without trying to sell us anything extra.

Nice place in Villalba, today quiet as being a working Tuesday lunch, but with a cosy atmosphere that should be great on weekends or summer dinners. Nice terrace.

Today we were at the restaurant and the truth is that it was a success! We ordered the nachos, chicken patacón and the tacos with shredded beef suggested by the waitress. The food was extraordinary. We have been to several Mexican restaurants and although this one is not only dedicated to Mexican food, we definitely prefer the taste of this one. The service of the waitresses was 10, they are very attentive and helpful. 100% recommended.

When it comes to eating, although the most important thing is the taste, sometimes you have to admit that if the food looks super good, the mood of eating it will become particularly good. The Wool restaurant has done it.

Madrid Dstage, although it has two Michelin stars, feels like it has three stars. I looked at TripAdvisor and found out that it is the number one restaurant in Madrid. I chose 12 dishes. The amuse-bouche is cuttlefish balls. It looks so delicious that I thought it was a cold dish. I took it in my hand and put it in my mouth and found out that it was hot and bursting cuttlefish. The tiger milk shrimp sashimi is a dish with a full experience. The chef will give you a dish in the open. Kitchen explained the cooking method of the whole dish, the ingredients, and the Spanish fruit wine. Naturally, it is my second favorite dish. The third dish I like is seafood mousse with conch. I have eaten cooked conch in London before, and this half-cooked one has a strong fresh seawater flavor that is unforgettable. The fourth dish is smoked wagyu, which is about half-cooked. It is smoked in the box with charcoal and then sliced and served with basil and other sauces. The fifth favorite organic dish is roasted avocado with peanut butter. The window outside the bathroom is full of plants, and the waiter also explained it skillfully. If I visit Madrid again, it must be because I really want to come to this restaurant again.

Restaurante Sobrino de Botin is known as the oldest restaurant in the world (established in 1725). The sentence on the restaurant window makes this restaurant worth the money: it is the oldest restaurant in the world that has been in operation since 1725, and the old stove used for roasting suckling pig dates back to the 18th century. Hemingway's signature is written on the restaurant window.
