没有蜡ollingThe cuisine focuses on fresh local vegetables from the Netherlands, especially the fresh vegetables grown and picked in the restaurant's own Garden of Zuidas, which is right in the backyard of the restaurant. It is a good opportunity for vegetarians, but of course they also specially prepare foie gras and steak to cater to meat lovers. I, a senior meat eater, was also impressed by their carefully creative taste and presentation. The price is a bit expensive, but it will be a good experience for friends who want to try local Dutch dishes. The service is very good. The waiter will carefully explain the menu and every dish you order, and know how to enjoy it correctly. What I miss most is probably the bottle of German Riesling from 2013 that I ordered at that time, which tasted excellent.
