飞翔的鱼鱼During the trip, the local driver led the way to this Shunzhang Yellow Noodle Restaurant. There is a parking lot next to it, which is convenient for parking. After sitting down and searching, I found out that this noodle restaurant has a long history. There were not many of us, so we only ordered a few dishes. The taste was good. The dishes here are all put with a little chili. The children don’t eat spicy food, so they specially gave us hot sauce for us to add ourselves. The yellow noodles were not small in size. I ate them right away and forgot to take pictures. The noodles were chewy and felt a bit like ramen. The children said it was like eating pasta. The sauce had a bit of soybean sauce and taste. Many of the vegetables here are lettuce, which was also ordered here. It was green, crispy and tender, and not bad. The donkey meat and braised sand were also delicious, with a salty and fresh taste.

A bowl of soup and a plate of side dishes are just enough to meet the needs. This restaurant has good business, especially in the morning, and you can't find a seat. I won't join in the fun, just come for lunch. Needless to say, the taste is not spicy, not salty, suitable for all ages. As a frequent visitor to Dunhuang, I can get a discount or a free drink by swiping my face in other restaurants I often go to, but this restaurant has never done that. It's just polite and says it's what it should be, which shows its confidence. I threw the pancake into the soup, and the girl saw it and added more soup.

139***30For our first dinner in Dunhuang, we had some skewers. Since it was off-season, there were not many people there at mealtime. I tried sand onion for the first time, which was quite delicious. It was like a healthy vegetable. I ordered some beef, mutton, and mushrooms. Except for the beef tendon, which was a bit hard to chew right after it was served, everything else was fine. The beef tendon had to be grilled on the charcoal fire for a while before it became soft and tender. It tasted very good when it was soft and tender.
