When visiting Bhaktapur, there is a quaint three-story building in the central square. You can overlook the entire square from above. I was tanned at the time, so I went upstairs with my friends to sit for a while. Although the stairs and seats are small, sitting on the sunless veranda and drinking a glass of ice cream made me feel much more relaxed.

The Palace Restaurant is in a great location on the Durbar Square. It feels like being in a temple and is very Nepalese. It offers traditional Nepalese food, with a table full of it. The Nepalese food uses a lot of curry and the taste is okay.
