左拉在旅行The Big Buddha Tower is still quite classic. It's very good to take pictures. The big tower is very good to see. There is no such style in the Mainland and Tibet. It's not far from Kathmandu, so it's not expensive to take a taxi back and forth. It's a must-do if you don't go to the white place.

katy616The living goddess of Nepal, Kumari, is a symbol of the goddess of wisdom and power. Do your homework beforehand. Every day at 4 o'clock in the afternoon, Goddess Kumari will be visited by everyone. After you calculate the time, you will be lucky enough to see the goddess of life, although only a few minutes. Photographs are prohibited on site. The famous Durbar Square is not far from the Goddess Temple, about a few minutes’ walk, to experience the strong local culture of Nepal...
Kathmandu is called “City of Temples”. They say, this city has more temples than houses. Perhaps it was true some time ago. This city has some of the oldest temple and stupa’s of the country. So, we start with temples and Stupa’s. Moreover, I be mentioning places from Bhaktapur and Patan since they are nearby and are easily reachable.
PASHUPATINATH TEMPLE....Best time to visit Pashupatinath Temple is during Shiva Ratri. It is the time when this place has all the huzz buzz. People generally come and visit the main temple but there is more to it. There is a place at the back called Aryaghat where religious burning takes place. If you walk over the bride their you have upstair to walk which leads to the top of the hill where other small temples are located. The other side of the hill has another famous temple name by “Guheswari Temple”.
SWAYAMBHUNATH.....Swayambhunath is an ancient religious architecture atop a hill. Not only this place has great great architecture to watch but also an ambient environment. You will love the “Om Mani Padme Hum” echoing everywhere here. You can also have a birds eye view of the Kathmandu Valley which from this place.
BOUDHANATH......This Stupa is one of the largest in the world. This Bauddha stupa was built just after the demise of Lord Buddha and is the largest single Chhorten in the world. Many kilograms of gold were used in the decoration of the holy building. The legend of its building begins with one person:
SANGA...The statue is 144 feet (44 m) high and made using copper, zinc, concrete and steel. Kailashnath Mahadev Statue is the world's tallest Shiva statue.
SETO GUMBA...Seto Gumba (White Monastery सेतो गुंबा) also Druk Amitabh Mountain is a Buddhist monastery in Nepal. It is located at Ramkot VDC of Kathmandu District. It is located outside the ring road of the Kathmandu Valley to the North West.
CHANGU NARAYAN TEMPLE...This shrine is dedicated to Lord Visnu and held in especial reverence by theHindu people.
As we all know, English language by itself is not self made; it is more of deriving the words from other language and localize it. So here's an interesting fact about the word "juggernaut", which means non stoppable. Well Jagannath is a name of the Lord in India, who has unlimited powers and he's totally unstoppable; thus derived the word 'juggernaut' from it. This Jagannath temple is quite world famous for its magical power, that people say the Lord makes all your wish come true. And you payback by walking around the Temple some 100 times. Also it depends on how much big your wish is, so be ready to offer the walking as it worth it. There's also another replica of this Temple in the Andhra province, which is exactly the same. Wish you get what you want !! #leaveyourmark #urbanexplorer #indiatravel
Go and go to Kathmandu to feed the pigeons. I can't just fly from Hong Kong to London like Mr. Tony Leung. After feeding the pigeons, I flew back to Hong Kong by plane. And I can only fly from Guangzhou to Kathmandu for a while.
Come to Nepal, naturally, go to its capital, Kathmandu to take a look, the first is Kathmandu Durbar Square. This square is still the center of the old town and a glorious world cultural heritage of Kathmandu. The buildings on the square are typical of the ancient buildings of the Nepalese Marathi period, and the red brick walls shine under the sunlight.
There are many pigeons in the square. It is a kind of dense corn. You can buy some corn to feed the pigeons. The life here is so lazy. In the morning, the sunrise, the ancient buildings and the tourists constitute a beautiful scenery. Walking in a leisurely way is better than heaven.
