TheForkUserI had a very enjoyable dining experience at this restaurant. The overall atmosphere was pleasant, and the service was friendly and professional. One standout for me was the side dish of vegetables — perfectly cooked and well-seasoned, they elevated the meal in a surprisingly memorable way. While the staff was attentive and courteous, one minor critique would be that they all seemed a bit hurried, even though it was early in the evening and the restaurant was nearly empty. It felt intentional rather than rushed due to pressure, but it slightly took away from the otherwise relaxed ambiance. The quality of the food was solid — fresh ingredients and skillful preparation. That said, the menu tends to stick to well-known variations rather than offering particularly inventive twists. Still, considering the quality and overall experience, the value was excellent. I’d gladly return and recommend it to others looking for a satisfying meal.

I could actually see the menu and my food clearly, which made the experience all the more enjoyable.Our server was not just attentive, but more like a kind guide, gently leading us through a thoughtfully curated culinary journey. He couldn’t have been warmer or more welcoming, making us feel completely at ease.I chose the vegetarian menu, and every bite was a delight. The white asparagus in particular was cooked to absolute perfection—tender, flavorful, and elegantly presented.An absolutely wonderful recommendation, and a restaurant I would return to without hesitation.

TheForkUserExcellent quality/cost ratio. The dining room at la Table du Rouan is charming with its light grey/white tones. It has a trendy but stylish atmosphere. We went for the 4 course daily menu (34 EUR) and were not disappointed. Everything was tasty and the portions were big enough even for 3 hungry teenagers. A Cremant d'Alsace and a good white Pernand Vergeles (2020 - 38 EUR) went well along with the food. Efficient and smiling service from the team. Only negative note is the view outside right to the parking place and the AC equipments of the hotel (not an issue if you at night though)
