In the eastern scenic area of Kashgar Old Town, there is a popular coffee shop with antique decoration and strong local ethnic flavor. There are a wide variety of coffee and drinks on the menu, the hall is decorated with colorful folk handicrafts, there are all kinds of snacks in the window, and there are various styles of seats on the indoor and outdoor terraces. It is full of tourists who come to relax, chat, style and take travel photos. I ordered two cups of coffee. The order speed was a bit worrying, but the taste was very good.

Grandfather's grandfather's father, six generations, a family focusing on one naan, true craftsmanship! It's not a shop, just a shed in the corner, a naan pit inside, and a chopping board outside. When they see someone taking pictures, they will cooperate very friendly. There is only one rose naan left, so I ate it as soon as I got it. It was full of rose filling, fragrant and crispy, and tasted the same as the rose cake in Yunnan, but much bigger than it. Such a big one is only 3 yuan, which is really a conscience price. The original naan is freshly baked, and it is many times more delicious than the Afanti naan in Urumqi Grand Bazaar, and the price is only one-third of it. I stayed in Kashgar for three days, and this place can definitely be ranked first on the food list. There are many sheds and big kangs that locals like along the wall opposite for waiting diners to rest, and free tea is provided.

Nuolan Cuisine is indeed a famous Xinjiang restaurant in Kashgar. The portions are large, the price is not cheap, and the taste is good. It is recommended to come with more people and order more dishes. When there are many people, you need to queue for about an hour.

I really think that the roasted mutton pigeon in Kashgar is delicious. I would take a plane to come here just to eat the meat. At present, it is still roasted over charcoal fire. The meat is delicious and the taste is different. The surrounding areas of Urumqi can't catch up with this place. Personally, I recommend roasted pigeon, which is not fishy. Roasted meat is also OK. In short, I think they are both good.

Many locals eat at this Liangfen Liangpi restaurant. Xinjiang Liangfen Liangpi may not have anything to do with red oil, but it is still spicy. Try it and see how other people eat it by putting naan in Liangpi.

It is a restaurant with very Uyghur characteristics. It would be even better if you come across a local wedding after having a good meal and a few drinks. The singing and dancing skills of our ethnic brothers and sisters are definitely not just talk, and there is also a girl walking on a tightrope, which is even more thrilling.

I really didn't expect that the locals in Kashgar like to eat pigeons so much. A street across from the ancient city is full of pigeon soup. The owner of the homestay introduced a restaurant, but I found it was not the same restaurant after I sat down. Seeing that the people eating were all locals, I didn't leave. The pigeon soup was served after I sat down, and I ordered a braised pigeon. In addition to the pigeon, there was also sheep's feet, nothing else. Taste: I ordered a stewed pigeon and a bowl of pigeon soup noodles. The pigeon soup was not fishy at all, and it was very fresh. My son likes the pigeon soup noodles the most, with chickpeas and side dishes. The pigeon is also good, very tender. The pigeon was too small, so I ordered another one.
