A white house by the Lac Memphremagog Lake. A small garden in front of the door separates the trail and demarcates the area. Enter the garden, follow the white corridor and turn into the gate on one side. This is the KOZ Mediterranean restaurant. In the restaurants in the resort, relaxation is the first priority, especially in the French area. Although there is a very fashionable bar, it still feels gentle and lazy. The sun shines in through the floor-to-ceiling glass, projecting on the sofa, chairs, floor, and tabletops. Most of the people in the restaurant are local elderly people. From experience, this should be a restaurant with good taste and moderate price. Sure enough! The chef's selection of the day is 25 Canadian dollars per person. Two selections include two soups and three small dishes, as well as a bread with sauce. It is really suitable for "elegant women" who eat small meals to maintain their figure. The dishes are amazing, especially the roasted kale + roasted nuts, paired with sweet and sour yogurt sauce. The kale is not astringent at all, but crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
