淼淼0301This is a Michelin restaurant, which has a two-star rating from Michelin. The environment inside is definitely first-class, and the environment looks elegant and noble. Once you enter, your mood changes instantly. The restaurant is close to Lake Geneva, so it is great to overlook Lake Geneva. The food inside is also worthy of praise, and the taste is really great.

TheForkUserWe had a vegetarian menu and a chef tasting menu of the day, and both were of excellent quality throughout. The service is friendly, just that the food explanations are a bit too quick, so that they tend to be very difficult to recall. One point to improve on is the waiting time between courses, which seemed a bit long. Overall, for a 5-course menu we spent almost 3 hours, of which about 2 hours was waiting time. A big plus was that the chef came out to greet the guests. With its outstanding food the restaurant should be considered for a Michelin Star soon.

TheForkUserThis restaurant always keeps the same high standard. The meat is excellent,l as well as the side dishes. The staff is professional and welcoming. It is nice to see that they tend to stay for several years which means they are happy. The owners are also very welcoming and sympathetic. We have been there many many times and have never been disappointed. And if you don’t like meat, which we highly recommend, there are options.
