TheForkUserA total surprise. As soon as you enter, the way the gentlemen who serve this restaurant are treated is striking: their closeness and friendly manners welcome you and make you feel at home. In addition, they offered us a very tasty wine and appetizer while we looked at the menu. I don't know how to explain the food because I'm not a great expert in cooking, but I'll say it like this: everything was cooked incredibly. I ordered a suckling pig and you expect it to be juicy and crispy on the outside... Well, they presented me with a kind of fillet that was melting inside and, on the outside, it looked like a bacon. Incredible. We ordered goose egg with mushrooms and foie... And we got a dish with incredible flavor and texture, and a goose egg with a lace that I still remember. The starters were individual units, we loved the sirloin. I highly recommend it and I'm sure I'll be back.
