The shelves behind the counter are full of all kinds of bread, and there are many varieties. The first dish was a garden salad with fresh and crisp mixed greens and thin slices of red grapes to add a little sweetness of fruit. The uneven Italian cheese shreds made the salad taste more memorable. Then the peanut shreds made the whole dish completely immersed in wonderful satisfaction and pleasant surprise. The ingredients are very simple, but because of their freshness and organicity, they can fully exert their own charm. In addition, the chef put together several indispensable flavors like the finishing touch, which is a double enjoyment of taste and spirit. The next dish of mussels subverted my imagination even more. For so many years, mussels have always been served in soups of various flavors, but today, it was thick sauce wrapped with fresh mussels. The sauce was mixed with fresh corn kernels of this season, and the sauce wrapped the tender mussels with the fragrance of corn kernels. This bold combination has to admire the chef's design. The next dish was fried chickpea cakes. This is a very ordinary traditional food on the Mediterranean coast. However, what I tasted was a seemingly plausible chickpea cake. It seems to be the original cake, but the chef uses mango sauce + hummus sauce + fresh mint mud + a little bit of jalapeno + caramelized onion to make the hummus cake have a slightly spicy, sweet, slightly fragrant, slightly sour and other wonderful feelings that spread throughout the body. That feeling is when you swallow the first bite of food after being hungry for a long time, and drink the first mouthful of nectar after being thirsty for a long time. The last dish is a very ordinary carrot cake. But what you eat is a different carrot cake because it is wrapped with caramel walnuts, crispy carrot slices and Poria cake powder. I haven't eaten Poria cake powder for many years and almost forgot its original taste. Today, I ate it and it triggered the deliciousness that I almost forgot.
